具体实施方式
[0016] 如图1所示,本实用新型的铝板吊顶吊挂结构,它包括成品吊杆1、L型角钢2、V型龙骨3及成品铝板10,L型角钢2、V型龙骨3上均设置安装用的连接孔,所述成品吊杆I穿过L型角钢2的连接孔与L型角钢2进行连接,所述L型角钢2与V型龙骨3相互间按一定的模数通过第三螺栓9穿过对应的连接进行连接固定,本实用新型的模数优选为600mm*600mm、300mm*1200mmo
[0017] 本实用新型所述相邻两个L型角钢2通过第一连接固定件连接,如图2所示,所述第一连接固定件为L型开孔连接件4,L型开孔连接件4与L型角钢2结构相同,所述L型开孔连接件4上设置安装孔,安装孔与L型角钢2上的连接孔相对应,L型开孔连接件4通过第一螺栓5分别与L型角钢2端部的连接孔连接固定。

[0019] 如图4所示,所述V型龙骨3下端设置向上的连接扣3a,所述成品铝板10上设置开口向下的卡槽10a,卡槽1a宽度大于连接扣3a的宽度,V型龙骨3和成品铝板10通过卡槽1a与连接扣3a扣接连接,进行安装时,先将所述配套的成品铝板10 —端卡槽1a与所述V型龙骨下端的连接扣3a扣接上,将所述配套成品铝板10沿安装方向移动,至配套的成品铝板10的另一端恰好可以与所述V型龙骨3下端相接,之后再沿安装反方向移动,则所述配套成品铝板10的两端刚好都与所述V型龙骨3下端相扣接。
[0020] 本实用新型采用上述技术得到的铝板吊顶吊挂结构,不仅有效简化了基层龙骨的安装,且便于操作,加快了施工进度;同时有利于铝板的安装和拆卸,还可有效控制铝板的板缝宽度,提高了铝板吊顶的安装质量。
Claims (4)
1.一种铝板吊顶吊挂结构,包括成品吊杆(1)、L型角钢(2)、V型龙骨(3)和成品铝板(10),L型角钢(2)、V型龙骨(3)上均设置安装用的连接孔,其特征在于所述成品吊杆(I)和V型龙骨(3)分别与L型角钢(2)固定连接,V型龙骨(3)底部和成品铝板(10)扣接连接,相邻两个L型角钢(2)通过第一连接固定件连接,相邻两个V型龙骨(3)通过第二连接固定件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝板吊顶吊挂结构,其特征在于所述第一连接固定件为L型开孔连接件(4),L型开孔连接件(4)与L型角钢(2)结构相同,所述L型开孔连接件(4)上设置安装孔,安装孔与L型角钢(2)上的连接孔相对应,L型开孔连接件(4)通过第一螺栓(5)分别与L型角钢(2)端部的连接孔连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝板吊顶吊挂结构,其特征在于所述第二连接固定件包括第一 V型开孔连接件(6 )和第二 V型开孔连接件(7 ),第一 V型开孔连接件(6 )和第二 V型开孔连接件(7)结构与V型龙骨(3)相同,第一 V型开孔连接件(6)设置在V型龙骨(3)外侧,第二 V型开孔连接件(7)设置在V型龙骨(3)内侧,第一 V型开孔连接件(6)、V型龙骨(3)和第二 V型开孔连接件(7)通过第二螺栓(8)穿过对应孔洞连接固定。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的铝板吊顶吊挂结构,其特征在于所述V型龙骨(3)下端设置向上的连接扣(3a),所述成品铝板(10)上设置开口向下的卡槽(10a),V型龙骨(3)和成品铝板(10)通过卡槽(1a)与连接扣(3a)扣接连接。
