背景技术
目前在动力电池生产过程中，需电路板与端子线焊接，电路板是非常重要组件其焊接质量直接影响至产品的性能，目前生产过程中是手工配合简易夹治具完成焊接，因为产品端子线需穿过电路板进行焊接，直接把端子线压平焊接作业，人员操作作业强度、疲劳大，工作效率低，锡珠容易掉入电路板上，造成造成电路板不良。

基于此，有必要针对现有技术问题，提供一种倾斜并附有保护盖的焊锡夹具，该定位夹具能够大大提高电路板的焊锡效率与质量。
为解决现有技术问题，本实用新型公开了一种倾斜并附有保护盖的焊锡夹具，所述夹具由固定底座和定位夹具组成，所述固定底座包括底板，底板上设有两块支撑板，支撑板分别固定于底板相对的两边，支撑板上端面设为倾斜面，所述定位夹具包括有定位底板，定位底板下端固定于支撑板上，定位底板的上表面设有容纳电路板的定位槽、穿线孔、避空槽，定位底板的上端设有保护盖，所述保护盖上设置有导线槽、焊锡避让孔。
进一步地：所述支撑板上端面设为倾斜面，倾斜面角度为30度。
进一步地：所述保护盖与定位底板通过活页连接。
进一步地：所述定位底板上设有磁铁，保护盖与定位底板接触的一面上设有与磁铁相对应的磁铁。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型一种倾斜并附有保护盖的焊锡夹具，该焊锡夹具通过设计一个倾斜30度角的焊锡平台，平台上设置有端子线穿孔，解决了端子线必须穿孔焊接的难度及锡焊珠落入电路板导致电子元件易损坏的现象产生，焊接时提高焊接效率，优化了焊接质量。

如图1至图3所示，本实用新型公开了一种倾斜并附有保护盖的焊锡夹具，所述夹具由固定底座和定位夹具组成。
所述固定底座包括底板1，底板1上设有两块支撑板2，支撑板2分别固定于底板1相对的两边，支撑板2上端面设为倾斜面，倾斜面角度为30度。
所述定位夹具包括有定位底板3、保护盖5，定位底板3与保护盖5连接处通过活页6连接。定位底板3下端固定于支撑板2上，定位底板3的上表面设有容纳电路板的定位槽4、穿线孔33、避空槽32，定位底板3的上端设有保护盖5，所述保护盖5上设置有导线槽51、焊锡避让孔52。
为了加强定位底板3与保护盖5的合力，避免在焊锡时，保护盖5翻起来，在所述定位底板3上设有磁铁31，保护盖5与定位底板3接触的一面上设有与磁铁31相对应的磁铁。通过磁铁的吸力，将定位底板3与保护盖5稳固的合在一起。
操作时电路板放置于定位夹具中的定位槽4内，将端子线摆放好，把保护盖5相对定位底板3合上，端子线从定位底板3的穿线孔33穿入并同时穿过电路板的焊点孔，盖上保护盖进行焊锡作业，这样锡焊珠无法落入电路板。
电路板与端子线焊锡夹具通过支撑板2倾斜角度来设计，再通过保护盖5的设计，解决了端子线必须穿孔焊接的难度及锡焊珠落入电路板导致电子元件易损坏的现象产生，焊接时提高焊接效率，优化了焊接质量。
