背景技术
隧道窑窑是现代化的连续式烧成的热工设备，陶瓷坯体在窑车上放置、经过隧道窑烧制而成，现有的窑车一是底部保温不理想，而且在立柱的层架板上由于设置太过单一，造成热能浪费且热量散失多、不节能。
发明内容
本实用新型在此提供一种窑车，底部隔热保温效果好，且减少层架上硅垫板的吸热及增强热流动，节能减排。
为解决上述目的，一种窑车，包括底座和货架，所述底座由耐火砖和保温棉组成，货架设立柱和层架，层架上架依陶瓷坯体底部大小而设的硅垫板，硅垫板之间有间隙。
采用上述方案后与现有技术相比，具有以下突出优点：一是硅垫板细分化，整体有效地减少硅垫板面积，从而避免因不必要的吸热而造成热耗；其次是减省硅垫板，有利增大硅垫板间的间隙，增强热流的流动性，提高热交换效率，更节能。二是窑车底部由耐火砖和保温棉组成，具有隔热以保持底盘较低的温度，使滑行顺畅，且能有效地减少热量散失，节约能源。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种窑车，包括底座和货架，所述底座由耐火空心砖1和保温棉7组成，耐火砖2设有通孔3，增强隔热效果；货架6设立柱5和层架1，层架1根据陶瓷坯体的高度而架设在立柱5间，层架1上架依陶瓷坯体底部大小而设的硅垫板8，各硅垫板8之间有间隙（如图2所示）。
使用时，窑车通过滑轮4进入隧道窑，在经历高温烧制时，窑车底部的耐火砖2和保温棉7具有隔热作用，暨能保持底盘较低的温度，使滑轮4滑行顺畅，又能有效地减少热量从底部散失。另外，如图2所示，硅垫板8被有效细分化，达到减少硅垫板面积从而避免不必要的吸热而造成热耗，又能增大各硅垫板8间的间隙，增强热流的流动性，提高热交换效率，更节能。

1.一种窑车，包括底座和货架，其特征在于所述底座由耐火砖和保温棉组成，货架设立柱和层架，层架上架依陶瓷坯体底部大小而设的硅垫板，硅垫板之间有间隙。
