本实用新型涉及一种将热源回收利用的系统,具体涉及一种尾气余热回收装置,包括通过管道依次连接的过滤器、换热器、热能交换装置,过滤器连接尾气出口,换热器分别连接过滤器出口及冷水管,热能交换装置分别连接换热器出水口及高温蒸汽管,热能交换装置出口连接工作装置,所述热能交换装置为溴化锂机组。本实用新型结构简单,充分利用尾气中的热量,防止热能浪费,并且有效的对尾气中的粉尘等进行过滤、清理。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种将低温热能回收利用的系统,具体涉及一种尾气余热回收装置。
背景技术
生产中,固体物料干燥时所形成的尾气通常温度较高,含有较高的热值,有的固体物料干燥后产生的气体温度在130℃-180℃之间,如果将此部分尾气排放至大气中,不仅是一种能源的浪费,也会形成热污染。而且尾气中通常含有粉尘等污染物,造成环境污染。
实用新型内容
为了充分利用尾气中的热量,并且防止污染物排放至空气中,本实用新型提供一种尾气余热回收装置。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种尾气余热回收装置,包括通过管道依次连接的过滤器、换热器、热能交换装置,过滤器连接尾气出口,换热器分别连接过滤器出口及冷水管,热能交换装置分别连接换热器出水口及高温蒸汽管,热能交换装置出口连接工作装置,所述热能交换装置为溴化锂机组。
换热器连接尾气吸收装置,以对尾气进行进一步处理。
所述过滤器采用可拆卸的耐温型中效热风过滤器或耐温型高效热风过滤器,过滤器与管道均通过法兰连接。
所述换热器为翅片换热器,其换热效率高,结构紧凑,且适应性强。
本实用新型余热回收的工作流程如下:
干燥的物料尾气经过袋式除尘器将大部分粉尘分离后,进入尾气余热回收装置,该部分尾气温度在130℃-180℃,尾气通过管道进入过滤器,经过滤后将尾气内粉尘进行捕集回收。过滤后的高温尾气进入换热器,通过尾气中的温度将冷水管送入的水升温成70℃-95℃的热水,经过换热器的尾气送出至尾气吸收装置以进行进一步的处理,而换热器中的热水通过热水泵送至热能交换装置,即溴化锂机组,溴化锂机组通过高温蒸汽管通入一定量的高温蒸汽,通过机组吸收热量产生大量的低压蒸汽,蒸汽压力在0.1-0.2MPA左右,最后,该部分蒸汽送回用于物料干燥的工作装置中,作为余热使用。

本实用新型结构简单,充分利用尾气中的热量,防止热能浪费,并且有效的对尾气中的粉尘等进行过滤、清理,减少尾气排放的粉尘污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种尾气余热回收装置,包括通过管道1依次连接的过滤器2、换热器4、热能交换装置:
过滤器2为可拆卸的过滤器,通过法兰与管道1连接,接在尾气出口处,尾气通过过滤器2过滤除尘后进入换热器4,高温尾气在换热器4内与通过冷水管3进入的冷水交换热能,获得热水。之后尾气进入到尾气吸收装置8,热水进入溴化锂机组6,溴化锂机组6还连接有高温蒸汽管5,溴化锂机组6出口连接工作装置7,热量回用至物料干燥的工作装置7中。
其中,过滤器2采用耐温型中效热风过滤器或耐温型高效热风过滤器,换热器4为翅片换热器。

1.一种尾气余热回收装置,其特征是,包括通过管道依次连接的过滤器、换热器、热能交换装置,过滤器连接尾气出口,换热器分别连接过滤器出口及冷水管,热能交换装置分别连接换热器出水口及高温蒸汽管,热能交换装置出口连接工作装置,所述热能交换装置为溴化锂机组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尾气余热回收装置,其特征是,换热器连接尾气吸收装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的尾气余热回收装置,其特征是,所述过滤器为中效热风过滤器或高效热风过滤器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的尾气余热回收装置,其特征是,所述过滤器与管道通过法兰连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的尾气余热回收装置,其特征是,所述换热器为翅片换热器。
