Abstract

一种隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，装配于车前侧以突显出独特的视觉感观效果及增进汽车整体的美观性，同时具有高识别度的灯光功效，可大幅提升行车的安全性，包括设有一个可依不同车款造型而设计的水箱罩饰座，饰座前方设有一灯槽，灯槽的端部处设有穿孔，而灯槽内部固设有一LED灯条，LED灯条的电源线可穿过穿孔延伸至饰座后方与汽车电源连接，另饰座外部覆盖有一个可透光材质制成的饰盖，饰盖表面经由溅镀工法的处理方式形成有一溅镀膜，不仅可使外观可呈现出高质感的镜面电镀效果，且当灯条通电后亦可让光源利用饰盖溅镀膜透射出而呈现出发光效果。

隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩
技术领域
本实用新型为有关一种隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩设计，特别是指一种装饰性水箱罩饰盖表面运用溅镀工法，使其外观不仅可呈现出具高质感与美观功效的电镀效果，同时亦可利用特殊处理形成的溅镀膜让内设的光源透射出而呈现出发光效果，为一种兼具科技、时尚及安全性的新潮水箱罩结构，特别适用于代步的交通工具如汽车、机车、电动车或类似结构。
背景技术
一般汽车于车头引擎室前方大多会有一具隔栅结构的水箱罩设计，而该设计原本主要是在保护内部水箱的功用，同时可将大量空气引进引擎室内部，使散热水箱能利用空气对流降低汽车引擎的温度，但由于近年来汽车产业篷勃发展，汽车的设计不仅着重于性能的提升，对于外观造型的整体性也相当着重，而水箱罩因位于车头处，尤其它常常于车厂厂徽做结合，往往是全车外观中最让人印象深刻的设计，因此，许多车厂会以电镀饰条装饰原本黑色格栅状的水箱罩，借以强化整体的计设感。
甚至有车主为了扩展汽车时尚及科技感，会装有附设LED灯的水箱罩作为行车灯，但由于该LED灯会直接显露于水箱罩表面上，较不具有美感效果，且其光源为直接向外投射而产生极强的光线，容易使其他的驾驶或行人产生刺眼的情况而形成反效果，间接影响行车安全。
有鉴于此，本实用新型乃针对上述所待改进的缺点，设计一种隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，使水箱罩外观呈现高质感的电镀视觉效果，但又可让内部光源柔和透出，兼具视觉与警示功效，且完全不影响行车安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的，在于提供一种隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，为利用特殊加工的表面处理方式，将灯条隐设于内部，使水箱罩外观于常态下表面呈现电镀效果的精致镜面质感，而当伴随车辆电源开启时，内设灯条的光源将利用该表面特殊加工溅镀膜而透出，形成可发光的水箱罩特殊透光效果，不仅可提高行驶间车辆的识别度，作为一车前日行灯特效，同时可创造出一种极具科技与时尚的独特视觉感观效果。
为达上述目的，本实用新型的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，是由一水箱罩饰座、一LED灯条及一饰盖所组成，其特征在于：
该饰座，对应车款整体造型而设计并结合于水箱罩上，饰座于一端部处设有穿孔；
该LED灯条，固设于饰座与饰盖之间，且于端部延伸有一电源线，该电源线则利用饰座的穿孔穿至饰座后方与汽车电源连接；
该饰盖，为透光材质所制成的壳体，并对应饰座外型而设计并包覆于饰座外部，于表面运用溅镀工法形成一常态下为镜面电镀效果的溅镀膜，又该溅镀膜亦让光源由内向外透出。
本实用新型的有效增益在于，该饰盖为透光材质所制成，并于外表面运用溅镀工法形成一溅镀膜而组立于饰座外部，常态下其可将灯条隐设于内部，并于表面呈现电镀效果的精致镜面质感。若当灯条通电发光后，可让光源利用该溅镀膜透射出而呈现出发光效果，为一种质感与视觉效果兼具的装饰性水箱罩结构。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩实施例，请参图1～图3所示，主要是由一水箱罩饰座10、一LED灯条20及饰盖30所组成，其中该饰座10外型可依照所属车款整体造型而设计成所需的样式，而本实施例中该饰座10则为概呈一U状的立体外观造型设计，且于饰座10前方沿着该U状造型的座体内缘设有一U形灯槽11，并于灯槽11的端部处设有穿孔12，而灯槽11内部则凸设有一肋板13。
该LED灯条20，为现有技术中的常用物件，由多个电性串联的LED芯片21所组成，并于一端延伸有一电源线22，且使用汽车所供应的电源即可驱动LED芯片21产生光源，另外该LED灯条20于较佳实施例为于背部设有背胶，使该灯条20沿着饰座10的灯槽11形状而固设，而背胶直接贴附于肋板13侧壁上，并利用灯槽11端部所设的穿孔12，将电源线22穿至饰座10后方与汽车电源连接，如图3所示。
该饰盖30，由透明压克力或PC等透光材质所制成，饰盖30具有对应的设计的壳体结构组装时覆盖于饰座10外部，饰盖30运用溅镀工法使壳体表面形成一溅镀膜31，而溅镀膜31膜厚设定为0.1μm～1μm范围，因此厚度不仅可确保饰盖30呈现出高质感的电镀效果，将LED灯条20隐设于内部，亦能让灯条产生的光源由内侧透出，以达到最佳使用效果。
另外，如变更设计将水箱罩饰座10构造，改以不设置U形灯槽11及凸出的肋板13，改换以于饰盖30的内底面设有U形灯槽及凸出的肋板，于饰座10处设有穿孔以穿设电源线，并且将该LED灯条20同样设置于饰盖30的灯槽及凸出的肋板上，再将饰盖30结合于水箱罩饰座10上，同样可获致相同的发光效果，亦属本实用新型简易变换的专利技术范围。
请参图2、图4所示，为本实用新型组合后及使用状态示意图，而本新型可于饰座10后方设计有卡勾及螺柱等结构，安装时可采用该卡勾及螺丝的锁付组立于汽车前方水箱罩格栅40上，并将延伸于饰座10后方的电源线22与汽车电源电性相接，即可完成本实用新型的安装。
使用时，当LED灯条20未发光时，可利用饰盖30表面溅镀膜31的效果而隐设于内部，令水箱罩的饰盖30外观可呈现出一完整且具高质感的镜面电镀效果。另外，若当该LED灯条20通电后，则可由饰盖30利用溅镀膜31让隐设于内部的LED灯条20所产生的亮光透出，而形成具有高识别度的发光警示效果，同时亦可令所发出的光源相当柔和，不致于有光源因直接向外投射而产生极强的光线，反而容易影响反向车道的驾驶或行人产生刺眼的情况，可大幅提升行车安全，为一种科技、时尚感及安全性兼具的水箱罩。
综上所述，本实用新型确实已达到所预期的使用目的与功效，且更较常见结构理想、实用，惟上述实施例仅为针对本实用新型的较佳实施例进行具体说明而已，此实施例并非用以限定本新型的申请专利范围，举凡其它未脱离本新型所揭示的技术手段下所完成的均等变化与修饰，均应包含于本实用新型所涵盖的申请专利范围中。

Claims (5)

1.一种隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，是由一水箱罩饰座、一LED灯条及一饰盖所组成，其特征在于：
该饰座，对应车款整体造型而设计并结合于水箱罩上，饰座于一端部处设有穿孔；
该LED灯条，固设于饰座与饰盖之间，且于端部延伸有一电源线，该电源线则利用饰座的穿孔穿至饰座后方与汽车电源连接；
该饰盖，为透光材质所制成的壳体，并对应饰座外型而设计并包覆于饰座外部，于表面运用溅镀工法形成一常态下为镜面电镀效果的溅镀膜，又该溅镀膜亦让光源由内向外透出。
2.如权利要求1所述的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，其特征在于：其中于饰座前方设有一灯槽，灯槽的端部处设有穿孔，LED灯条沿灯槽内部而固设，且LED灯条于端部延伸有一电源线，该电源线则利用灯槽的穿孔穿至饰座后方与汽车电源连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，其特征在于：其中于饰座的灯槽内设有一肋板，且于LED灯条背部设有背胶，背胶直接贴附于肋板侧壁。
4.如权利要求1所述的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，其特征在于：其中该饰盖表面溅镀膜膜厚设定为0.1μm～1μm范围。
5.如权利要求1所述的隐藏式汽车发光水箱罩，其特征在于：其中饰座与饰盖为采用卡勾或螺丝锁付组立。
