Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种改进结构的收纳盒,所述收纳盒的上端开口周边的预设段落设置有多个凸部,所述收纳盒的开口周边在对应每一所述凸部的朝下部位延伸出一截中空承接段;当多个所述收纳盒在堆栈时,靠上一侧的收纳盒的朝下部位每一所述承接段能切入靠下一侧的收纳盒相应位置的凸部。使得收纳盒和收纳盒之间在堆栈时具有彼此的方位限制,达到多个收纳盒在朝上堆栈时能避免上端开口被压迫变形外扩的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进结构的收纳盒,特别是指一种收纳盒和收纳盒在堆栈时,彼此之间具有位置限制,达到多个收纳盒在朝上堆栈时能避免上端开口被压迫变形外扩的收纳盒。
背景技术
目前用于收放各种物件的收纳盒形态相当的多,其中以能够轻便搬移的预设形态塑料质成形的盒体最为普遍,一般现有的收纳盒基本上是通过合宜强韧质的塑料一体成形出预设容积及造型的盒体,并在盒体的上端开口周边朝外翻设一截ㄇ形周边,以利在盛入默认物件后能由形态相符的盖体作适度迫紧度的覆设。
这种收纳盒在使用上确实具有盛物便利的功能,但因整个盒体为获得适度的耐承压特性,必须以稍略软质的塑料来成形,造成当多个盒体在不使用需堆栈时极易使上端的开口部位被向外扩撑,尤其在盒体更多的朝上堆栈时,会迫使位于下部的盒体开口被迫变形。
本实用新型即是针对上述这种收纳盒在多个堆栈起来时,易存在上端开口会逐渐被向外扩张的问题进行改善,以期使收纳盒即使在多个堆栈时仍能保持其在单一形态时的开口状态,不致有收纳盒开口被迫外撑的情形。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种改进结构的收纳盒,使得收纳盒和收纳盒之间在堆栈时,彼此之间具有方位限制,从而达到多个收纳盒在朝上堆栈时能避免上端开口被压迫变形外扩的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提供的一种改进结构的收纳盒,其特征在于:所述收纳盒的上端开口周边的预设段落设置有多个凸部,所述收纳盒的开口周边在对应每一所述凸部的朝下部位延伸出一截中空承接段;当多个所述收纳盒在堆栈时,靠上一侧的收纳盒的朝下部位每一所述承接段能切入靠下一侧的收纳盒相应位置的凸部。
上述本实用新型的技术方案中,所述收纳盒上端开口周边形成的每一凸部的高度大于外层部位高度的1/2或与所述外层部位平齐。
位于所述收纳盒开口周边朝下延伸的每一所述中空承接段的深度深于所述开口上端的凸部。以利收纳盒在堆栈时可使上下相邻的收纳盒彼此之间保持平稳衔入。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型的收纳盒和收纳盒之间在堆栈时具有彼此的方位限制,从而达到多个收纳盒在朝上堆栈时能避免上端开口被压迫变形外扩的功效,同时通过收纳盒彼此之间保持一适当间距架设的设置,有利于使用者日后在拿取收纳盒时只需轻轻用力即可向上拨取出。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本实用新型的结构、特点及功效,现举以下较佳实施例并配合附图说明如下。
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的改进结构的收纳盒,用于盛入物件的收纳盒1为获得在多个朝上堆栈起时防止收纳盒1上端开口被重力压迫变形,采用的技术方案是:在收纳盒1的上端开口周边11的预设段落设置多个凸部12,每一凸部12的高度为大于外层部位13的1/2或与外层部位13平齐(如图3-1所示),并在对应每一凸部12的收纳盒1位于开口周边11的朝下部位延伸出一截中空承接段14(如图2、图3所示),每一截承接段14的深度必须比开口上端周边11的凸部12深(如图3-1所示)。
上述的多个收纳盒1在不使用需堆栈起来的实施如图4所示,使位于每一收纳盒1开口周边11朝下延伸的中空承接段14平稳衔接纳入相邻收纳盒1相应的凸部12(如图5、图5-1、图5-2所示),使得收纳盒1和收纳盒1之间在堆栈时具有彼此的方位限制,从而达到多个收纳盒1在朝上堆栈时能避免上端开口被压迫变形外扩的功效,同时通过收纳盒1彼此之间保持一适当间距的架设,能利于日后使用者在需拿取收纳盒1时只需轻轻用力即可向上拨取出。

1.一种改进结构的收纳盒,其特征在于:所述收纳盒的上端开口周边的预设段落设置有多个凸部,所述收纳盒的开口周边在对应每一所述凸部的朝下部位延伸出一截中空承接段;
当多个所述收纳盒在堆栈时,靠上一侧的收纳盒的朝下部位每一所述承接段能切入靠下一侧的收纳盒相应位置的凸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进结构的收纳盒,其特征在于:所述收纳盒上端开口周边形成的每一凸部的高度大于外层部位高度的1/2或与所述外层部位平齐。
3.如权利要求1所述的改进结构的收纳盒,其特征在于:位于所述收纳盒开口周边朝下延伸的每一所述中空承接段的深度深于所述开口上端的凸部。
