Abstract

本实用新型为喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，涉及一种能盛装食品的饮料杯盖及配套的饮料杯组合的喇叭形容器。它使用了塑料材质在固定的模具中经过注塑等工艺而成型，由杯体部分与桶型盖部分的桶型盖围壁、桶型盖底、桶型盖底吸管孔、桶型盖内围扣沿A、卡杯口渐缩坡、渐缩坡顶、杯口围边挂沿、杯壁、杯底、桶型盖内围扣沿B与桶型盖内围扣沿C构成，使用时可以将喇叭式桶型盖与饮料杯扣住，在插入吸管后可以简单的向喇叭式桶型盖中填装食物使用。

本实用新型涉及一种能盛装食品的饮料杯盖及配套的饮料杯组合容器。 
背景技术：
目前，在许多快餐厅内销售的可乐杯或饮料杯都只是盛装饮料使用的，其杯盖也只是为了盖住杯子使饮料不洒出杯外，因此杯盖的功能也仅如此而已。 
发明内容：
为了使现有的这种仅具有单一功能的杯盖发挥更多作用，使其可以实现杯子盛装饮料、杯盖盛装食品的功能，本实用新型提供一种能盛装食品的饮料杯盖及配套的饮料杯组合容器，该实用新型的杯子不仅可以盛装饮料，而且其杯盖还可盛装其它食品，使消费者只用一只手就能拿起置放饮料和食品的一体容器。本实用新型解决的技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，包含杯体部分与桶型盖部分的桶型盖围壁、桶型盖底、桶型盖底吸管孔、桶型盖内围扣沿A、卡杯口渐缩坡、渐缩坡顶、杯口围边挂沿、杯壁、杯底、桶型盖内围扣沿B与桶型盖内围扣沿C。 
所述的卡杯口渐缩坡与桶型盖底的结合。 
所述的杯体部分的杯壁上口设有杯口围边挂沿。 
所述的喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，其特征在于所述的杯体部分的杯口围边挂沿与桶型盖部分的桶型盖内围扣沿A、桶型盖内围扣沿B与桶型盖内围扣沿C互相扣住。 
所述的喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，其特征在于所述的桶型盖部分的盖围壁与桶型盖底、桶型盖底吸管孔、卡杯口渐缩坡、桶型盖内围扣沿A、桶型盖内围扣沿B、桶型盖内围扣沿C相结合为一体。 
运用塑料材质或具有相对挺度的材料经过模型注塑的方法使之成型，分别有饮料杯体和喇叭式桶型盖体组成一个整体，最终达到将饮料杯与喇叭式桶型盖相连接的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，解放单一用途的饮料杯盖，使其能够盛装食品等多用途化，另外在消费者没有可以放置食品和饮料的桌面，或需要边走边吃的时候，可以简单的在一只手拿起饮料杯时便同时带起装有食品的喇叭式桶型盖容器，最终达到快捷便利的方便进食目的。

具体实施方式：
在图1中，使用具有现对韧度的材料或用模具注塑技术分别将喇叭式桶型盖组合杯的桶型盖部分的桶型盖围壁(1)、桶型盖底(2)、桶型盖底吸管孔(3)、桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)、卡杯口渐缩坡(5)、渐缩坡顶(6)以及杯体部分的杯口围边挂沿(7)、杯壁(8)和杯底(9)成型。 
在图2中，可看到从杯体外面一侧可看到桶型盖部分设的桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)和桶型盖内围扣沿B(10)，桶型盖与杯体上下扣住即可使用。 
在图3中，从桶型盖底部可以看到等距断分的三段扣沿，分别是桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)、桶型盖内围扣沿B(10)与桶型盖内围扣沿C(11)均分在盖底。

1.一种喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，包含杯体部分与桶型盖部分的桶型盖围壁(1)、桶型盖底(2)、桶型盖底吸管孔(3)、桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)、卡杯口渐缩坡(5)、渐缩坡顶(6)、杯口围边挂沿(7)、杯壁(8)、杯底(9)、桶型盖内围扣沿B(10)与桶型盖内围扣沿C(11)，其特征在于所述的卡杯口渐缩坡(5)与桶型盖底(2)的结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，其特征在于所述的杯体部分的杯壁(8)上口设有杯口围边挂沿(7)。
3.如权利要求1所述的喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，其特征在于所述的杯体部分的杯口围边挂沿(7)与桶型盖部分的桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)、桶型盖内围扣沿B(10)与桶型盖内围扣沿C(11)互相扣住。
4.如权利要求1所述的喇叭式桶型盖组合杯，其特征在于所述的桶型盖部分的盖围壁(1)与桶型盖底(2)、桶型盖底吸管孔(3)、卡杯口渐缩坡(5)、桶型盖内围扣沿A(4)、桶型盖内围扣沿B(10)、桶型盖内围扣沿C(11)相结合为一体。
