背景技术
止回阀又称止逆阀、单向阀或逆止阀，其作用是保证管路中的介质定向流动而不导致倒流的功能。
随着现代工业的不断发展，阀门的需求量不断增长，许多阀门都是用在压力管道上，安全、可靠运行至关重要。
传统的止回阀阀瓣能在管道介质作用下自由转动，特别是在流速较高、介质为过热蒸汽、高温、高压的场合，阀瓣磨损严重，会严重影响产品的使用寿命及安全。
实用新型内容
为了克服背景技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种阀瓣防转止回阀，解决现有止回阀阀瓣转动容易磨损，安全性差，使用寿命低的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案：一种阀瓣防转止回阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀瓣、摇臂、销轴，所述阀体内设有进口通道和出口通道；所述阀座设置在阀体内的进口通道处，所述阀瓣与阀座密封配合；所述阀瓣与摇臂的一端连接，所述摇臂的另一端通过销轴可旋转地设置在阀体内；
所述阀瓣上设有第一定位孔，所述摇臂上对应设有第二定位孔，所述阀瓣与摇臂之间还设有防转销，所述防转销两端分别插入第一定位孔和第二定位孔。
所述阀瓣通过螺栓与摇臂固定连接。
所述阀座与阀瓣硬密封配合。
所述阀体内设有阀杆，所述阀杆一端能与摇臂限位配合，另一端伸出阀体，并连接有操作机构。
所述阀杆与摇臂配合的一端设有滑轮，所述摇臂背面对应设有弧形凹槽。
所述阀杆与阀体之间设有填料座，所述填料座与阀杆之间设有密封填料。
所述操作机构包括支架、气动执行机构，所述气动执行机构固定在支架上，并与阀杆联动连接。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步说明：如图所示，一种阀瓣防转止回阀，包括阀体2、阀盖1、阀座3、阀瓣4、摇臂5、销轴6，所述阀体2内设有进口通道21和出口通道22；所述阀座3设置在阀体2内的进口通道21处，所述阀瓣4与阀座3密封配合；所述阀瓣4与摇臂5的一端连接，所述摇臂5的另一端通过销轴6可旋转地设置在阀体2内；所述阀瓣4上设有第一定位孔41，所述摇臂5上对应设有第二定位孔51，所述阀瓣4与摇臂5之间还设有防转销7，所述防转销7两端分别插入第一定位孔41和第二定位孔51。
在阀瓣与摇臂之间设置了防转销，能够避免阀瓣自由旋转，解决了阀瓣因转动造成的磨损，提高了安全性能，增加了使用寿命，同时解决了阀瓣旋转产生造成、振动等问题。
其中，所述阀瓣4通过螺栓8与摇臂5固定连接，结构简单，装配方便。
所述阀体2内设有阀杆9，所述阀杆9一端能与摇臂5限位配合，另一端伸出阀体2，并连接有操作机构，通过操作机构上升或下降阀杆，能够有效限定阀瓣与摇臂转动角度，从而实现介质流量控制，效果更好。
所述阀杆9与摇臂5配合的一端设有滑轮10，所述摇臂5背面对应设有弧形凹槽52，摇臂翻转时，其弧形凹槽与滑轮相抵限位，当阀瓣打开时，摇臂与阀瓣之间接触更加平稳，而且能够减少磨损，增加使用寿命。
其中所述操作机构包括支架13、气动执行机构14，所述气动执行机构14固定在支架13上，并与阀杆9联动连接，采用气动控制，与手动操作手轮相比，更加控制更加准确，操作也更加方便。
另外，所述阀座3与阀瓣4硬密封配合，密封效果好。
所述阀杆9与阀体2之间设有填料座11，所述填料座11与阀杆9之间设有密封填料12，进一步提高密封效果。
所述阀体2采用锻件一体锻造成型，结构简单、流道顺畅，同时能够耐高温高压，密封性能好。

1.一种阀瓣防转止回阀，包括阀体（2）、阀盖（1）、阀座（3）、阀瓣（4）、摇臂（5）、销轴（6），所述阀体（2）内设有进口通道（21）和出口通道（22）；所述阀座（3）设置在阀体（2）内的进口通道（21）处，所述阀瓣（4）与阀座（3）密封配合；所述阀瓣（4）与摇臂（5）的一端连接，所述摇臂（5）的另一端通过销轴（6）可旋转地设置在阀体（2）内；
其特征在于：所述阀瓣（4）上设有第一定位孔（41），所述摇臂（5）上对应设有第二定位孔（51），所述阀瓣（4）与摇臂（5）之间还设有防转销（7），所述防转销（7）两端分别插入第一定位孔（41）和第二定位孔（51）。
