Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种水泥螺栓,其主要于杆体上分设有二交错设置的螺纹段与辅助牙段,且该螺纹段的每一螺牙的上牙面与牙峰的基准面交汇所形成的夹角小于该螺牙的下牙面与牙峰的基准面交汇所形成的夹角,同时该螺纹段邻近于该锁合部的该每一螺牙上开设有多个不对称且夹角呈90°以下的切齿,该辅助牙段邻近该锁合部处的辅助牙上另开设有多个锯齿;藉由具有该等切齿与锯齿交错形成的该螺牙与辅助牙的设置,可供钻锁时达快速破碎锁合物,以使该锁合部定位于锁合物中,再配合后续该每一螺牙的该上、下牙面所呈不同角度设置,更加速后续该等螺牙能快速且无阻力进入,以提升该水泥螺栓的锁合紧固力与定位效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁合件,特别是指一种水泥螺栓。
背景技术
参阅图1,习知水泥螺栓1包含有一螺头11,一与该螺头11连接的杆体12,一相反该螺头11且设于该杆体12另一端的锁合部13,以及多个环设于该杆体12周缘上的螺牙14;因此,当进行该水泥螺栓1的锁合作业时,需利用一电钻工具(图中未示)先行于锁合物2(如水泥壁面)上钻出一预钻孔21,而后再将该水泥螺栓1钻入该预钻孔21内,以使该水泥螺栓1达到锁合定位效果。
实际使用后发现,鉴于该螺牙14一般为对称设置,即其上、下牙面的角度一致,故该上、下牙面的倾斜角度较小,据此,当该水泥螺栓1插入该壁面2以进行锁设时,易造成邻近该锁合部13的螺牙14有承受过大摩擦阻力的问题,这时反而需利用更大的旋锁扭力才能抵抗不断增加的摩擦阻力,使得锁合过程耗时且费力,同时过大的旋锁扭力易导致该水泥螺栓1于钻锁初期产生锁合方向歪斜的问题,故不但无法快速破碎该锁合物2,亦无法维持垂直锁入,且该锁合物之碎屑也无法顺利顺沿着螺牙14的螺旋方向进行移动,纵使锁合后,亦可能降低该等螺牙14与锁合物2间的卡掣效果,故实际锁固效果有限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水泥螺栓,其锁合速度快且抗扭力,而具有抗扭力与抗拉力强度等机械性质,同时锁合后更具有较佳的锁合定位效果。
一种水泥螺栓,其包含有一杆体,一设于该杆体一端的螺头,一相反于该螺头且设于该杆体另一端上的锁合部,以及二交错环设于该杆体上且由该锁合部往该螺头方向延伸的螺纹段与辅助牙段;其中,该螺纹段由多个螺牙所组成,且该每一螺牙分别具有一由该杆体向下倾斜延伸的上牙面,一由该杆体向上倾斜延伸的下牙面,以及一于该上牙面与下牙面相接形成的牙峰,而该上牙面向下延伸与该牙峰向外延伸的基线交汇形成的夹角系小于该下牙面向上延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的夹角,同时该螺纹段邻近于该锁合部的每一螺牙上开设有多个不对称且夹角小于90°的切齿,切齿是顺延该螺牙的环设方向设置;该辅助牙段包括多个辅助牙,且所述辅助牙是环设于所述螺牙间,同时该辅助牙的外径系小于该螺牙的外径,该辅助牙段邻近该锁合部处的每一辅助牙上开设有多个锯齿。
所述上牙面向下延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的角度呈18?~28?设置,所述下牙面向上延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的角度呈37?~47?设置。
所述杆体是由二段不同材质组合而成。
所述杆体包括有一由该螺头向下延伸并为不锈钢材质的防锈段,以及一由该防锈段延伸至该锁合部并为碳钢材质的硬化段。
所述每一锯齿亦呈不对称且夹角小于90°的切齿,各切齿是顺延该辅助牙的环设方向设置。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型水泥螺栓于钻锁初期时,利用交错设于该锁合部处且具有不对称切齿与锯齿设置的螺牙与辅助牙,其可达快速破碎锁合物之作用,再配合螺牙的上、下牙面所呈不同夹角设置,以使该水泥螺栓可快速无阻力进入该锁合物中,不但锁合速度快且抗扭力,亦不会于锁合过程中发生锁合歪斜的状况,更具有较佳的锁合定位效果,以能大幅提升锁合紧固力。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
参阅图2,本实用新型水泥螺栓3的一较佳实例,包含有一杆体31,一设于该杆体31一端的螺头32,一相反该螺头32且设于该杆体31另一端上的锁合部33,以及二交错环设于该杆体31上且由该锁合部33往该螺头32方向延伸的螺纹段34与辅助牙段35;其中,该螺纹段34是由多个螺牙341所组成,且该每一螺牙341分别具有一由该杆体31向下倾斜延伸的上牙面3411,一由该杆体31向上倾斜延伸的下牙面3412,以及一于该上牙面3411与该下牙面3412相接形成的牙峰3413,故上牙面3411如图中所示是面对该螺头32方向,而该下牙面3412则是面对该锁合部33方向,至于该牙峰3413更向外延伸有一与该杆体31的中心线X呈垂直的基线N(如图中假想线所示),而前述该上牙面3411与该基线N交汇形成有一夹角a,该下牙面3412与该基线N交汇形成有一夹角b,该夹角a是小于该夹角b,而本实施例中,该上牙面3411所形成的夹角a可呈18?~28?,而该下牙面3412所形成的夹角b可呈37?~47?;同时配合参阅图3,邻近该锁合部33处的该螺纹段34的每一螺牙341上还可开设有夹角呈90°以下的多个切齿3414,亦即该切齿3414之开槽夹角不超过90°,故可小于或等于90°,该每一切齿3414之壁面呈不等长设置,以便该切齿3414呈不对称设计,且该等切齿3414是顺延该螺牙341的环设方向设置,换言之,该等切齿3414所形成的开槽方向是相反于该水泥螺栓3的螺旋锁设方向S(如图2所示),不仅有利快速钻锁,更达防退的稳固锁掣功效。
再者,该辅助牙段35是由多个辅助牙351所组成,而该等辅助牙351是环设于该等螺牙341间,同时该辅助牙351的外径r2小于该螺牙341的外径r1,以形成高低牙设置,其有利减少钻锁阻力,且同样地,该同样邻近该锁合部33处的该辅助牙段35的每一辅助牙351上开设有多个锯齿3511,而该每一锯齿3511可如前述该切齿3414一样呈不对称且夹角呈90°以下设置,且亦可如前述该切齿3414一样顺延该辅助牙351的环设方向设置,特别的是,该杆体31是可由二段不同材质组合而成,即如该杆体31具有一由该螺头32处向下延伸并由不锈钢材质所制的防锈段d,以及一由该防锈段d延伸至该锁合部33处并由碳钢材质所制的硬化段c,因此,利用具有较佳硬度的该硬化段c,该水泥螺栓3可于锁合处进行快速钻攻作业,而显露于外部的该防锈段d的部分则可抵抗外在环境所引起的锈蚀状况,藉以增加该水泥螺栓3的使用美观性。
参阅图2至图4,当本实用新型水泥螺栓于一锁合物4(如水泥壁面)上进行锁合时,先将该锁合部33顶抵于该壁面4上,并将一与锁合机结合的锁合套筒(图中未示)套设于该螺头32上,此时便可利用该锁合机于该螺头32上持续施予一旋转扭力,该锁合部33便会受到该锁合机的推动作用,进而带动环设邻近于该锁合部33处的该等螺牙341与辅助牙351产生同步转动并进行钻攻,以便该杆体31可逐渐锁合进入该壁面4,而在钻锁初期过程中,利用该等螺牙341呈不对称且夹角呈90°以下的切齿3414与该辅助牙351上所开设的锯齿3511所呈相互交错的配合设置,故该螺纹段34及辅助牙段35可达到快速破碎该壁面4的效果,且钻攻时产生之碎屑不但可通过该等切齿3414与锯齿3511并沿着该螺牙341、辅助牙351环设方向不断移动外,同时在配合该等切齿3414及锯齿3511所形成的特定开槽方向,以及该螺牙341的下牙面3412因具较大夹角b而形成较陡倾斜坡度的状态,故当该杆体31不断往该壁面4螺进的过程中,亦能供部分碎屑留置于该等切齿3414与锯齿3511中,同时可维持垂直钻锁状态,以确保该水泥螺栓3在初期锁合过程中不会因扭力与阻力的因素而产生锁合歪斜的状况,进而达到螺入初期的稳固定位效果,而后当该螺头32再被持续施力,以使该锁合部33不断进入该壁面4时,后续该等螺牙341、辅助牙351即接续于前述该等切齿3414、锯齿3511所切削的锁合轨迹螺进,不但可加速锁合速率外,这时再通过该等螺牙341的该下牙面3412夹角b大于该上牙面3411的夹角a设置,该下牙面3412的较大夹角b设置相较于习知螺栓1可具较大的倾斜角度,其有利减少该螺牙341与该壁面4间的接触面积,因此该等交错呈高低牙的螺纹段34及辅助牙段35可依垂直方向以快速且无阻力进入该壁面4内并同时压掣钻锁时的碎屑,而使该水泥螺栓3可快速达到锁合定位于该壁面4的效果,故该水泥螺栓3不但锁合速度快且具抗扭力与抗拉力强度等机械性质,亦不会于锁合过程中具有歪斜的现象产生,更具有较佳的锁合定位效果,俾能大幅提升锁合紧固力。
归纳前述,本实用新型水泥螺栓,是于杆体上分设有二呈交错设置并分别由多个螺牙及辅助牙组成的螺纹段与辅助牙段,故于锁合过程中,可先行利用呈相互交错且邻近锁合部的螺牙及辅助牙上分别设有不对称切齿与锯齿的设置,以达快速破碎锁合物,再配合该等螺牙的上、下牙面所呈不同夹角设置,以使该水泥螺栓可快速无阻力进入该锁合物中,不但锁合速度快且具抗扭力与抗拉力强度等机械性质,亦不会于锁合过程中具有歪斜现象产生,更具有较佳的锁合定位效果,能大幅提升锁合紧固力。

Claims (5)

1.一种水泥螺栓,其包含有一杆体,一设于该杆体一端的螺头,一相反于该螺头且设于该杆体另一端上的锁合部,以及二交错环设于该杆体上且由该锁合部往该螺头方向延伸的螺纹段与辅助牙段;其特征在于:该螺纹段由多个螺牙所组成,且每一螺牙分别具有一由该杆体向下倾斜延伸的上牙面,一由该杆体向上倾斜延伸的下牙面,以及一于该上牙面与下牙面相接形成的牙峰,而该上牙面向下延伸与该牙峰向外延伸的基线交汇形成的夹角系小于该下牙面向上延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的夹角,同时该螺纹段邻近于该锁合部的每一螺牙上开设有多个不对称且夹角小于90°的切齿,切齿是顺延该螺牙的环设方向设置;该辅助牙段包括多个辅助牙,且所述辅助牙是环设于所述螺牙间,同时该辅助牙的外径系小于该螺牙的外径,该辅助牙段邻近该锁合部处的每一辅助牙上开设有多个锯齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥螺栓,其特征在于:所述上牙面向下延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的角度呈18?~28?设置,所述下牙面向上延伸与该牙峰的基线交汇形成的角度呈37?~47?设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泥螺栓,其特征在于:所述杆体是由二段不同材质组合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水泥螺栓,其特征在于:所述杆体包括有一由该螺头向下延伸并为不锈钢材质的防锈段,以及一由该防锈段延伸至该锁合部并为碳钢材质的硬化段。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水泥螺栓,其特征在于:所述每一锯齿亦呈不对称且夹角小于90°的切齿,各切齿是顺延该辅助牙的环设方向设置。
