Abstract
合金螺杆,包括杆头、螺牙、连接体、杆帽、杆体、镍铬合金涂层、铝镁合金涂层和镍基合金锯齿,所述螺杆杆体及螺牙的表面上,覆盖有两层镍铬合金涂层与铝镁合金涂层复合粉末涂层,构成该镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层的合金粉末,包括70‑80%的镍铬合金粉末,及20‑30%铝镁合金粉末,该粉末粒度为200‑400目,该涂层是呈整体均匀、厚度一致地覆盖所述螺杆本体及螺牙的表面上,其厚度为0.35mm;其次在外表面还覆盖有一层镍基合金锯齿,成分为镍基合金粉末,粉末粒度为300‑400目;本发明的优点是:可大大节省资源,降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及合金螺杆,具体涉及一种杆体及螺牙表面上覆盖有两层镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层以及镍基合金锯齿的耐磨耐腐蚀耐高温高强度的合金螺杆。
背景技术
目前我国常用的螺杆材料有45号钢、40Cr、氨化钢、38CrMOAl,高温合金等,现有技术的螺杆制造方法多采用氮化后再电镀硬铬。螺杆往往是在高温、一定腐蚀、强烈磨损、大扭矩下工作的,由于工作时螺杆磨损严重、并且不耐腐蚀,其寿命较短,一般只有几个月,并且工作过程中会影响产品的质量,往往造成产品质量不稳定,成品率较低,因而严重浪费资源,其生产成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供合金螺杆,针对现有技术螺杆存在的上述不足,提供一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀耐高温高强度的复合粉末涂层以及镍基合金锯齿,具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、高强度、且不易变形、工作稳定性好、寿命较长的合金螺杆。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
合金螺杆,包括杆头、螺牙、连接体、杆帽、杆体、镍铬合金涂层、铝镁合金涂层和镍基合金锯齿,所述螺杆杆体及螺牙的表面上,覆盖有两层镍铬合金涂层与铝镁合金涂层复合粉末涂层,构成该镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层的合金粉末,包括70-80%的镍铬合金粉末,及20-30%铝镁合金粉末,该粉末粒度为200-400目,该涂层是呈整体均匀、厚度一致地覆盖所述螺杆本体及螺牙的表面上,其厚度为0.35mm;其次在外表面还覆盖有一层镍基合金锯齿,成分为镍基合金粉末,粉末粒度为300-400目。
该合金螺杆的基体材质采用38CrMoA1,并经HRC26-28调质。本发明的加工过程是:基材螺杆加工- ->螺杆表面喷砂粗化处理- ->亚音速氧乙炔喷涂枪喷涂合金复合粉末到表面- ->升温至1080℃重熔使涂层至冶金结合- ->粗抛光金刚石研磨抛光- ->精抛光及合金粉末研磨外圆到锯齿- ->成品组装 。
本发明的优点是:由于本发明在杆体及螺牙表面覆盖有两层镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层以及镍基合金锯齿,使螺杆具备良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀以及耐高温和高强度性能,且大大的增加了螺杆的作用面积、不易变形、工作稳定性好、延长了螺杆的工作寿命,使产品成品率提高,可大大节省资源,降低成本。

具体实施方式
接下来结合附图及实例对本发明进行进一步说明。
参见图1一图2,提供一种基体材质采用38CrMoA1,并经HRC26-28调质的合金螺杆,本发明合金螺杆包括杆头1、螺牙2、连接体3、杆帽4、杆体5、镍铬合金涂层6、铝镁合金涂层7和镍基合金锯齿8,所述螺杆杆体5周围锻造有螺牙2,杆体5及螺牙2的表面上,覆盖有两层镍铬合金涂层6与铝镁合金涂层7复合粉末涂层,构成该镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层的合金粉末,包括70-80%的镍铬合金粉末,及20-30%铝镁合金粉末,该粉末粒度为200-400目,该涂层是呈整体均匀、厚度一致地覆盖所述螺杆本体及螺牙的表面上,其厚度为0.35mm;在镍铬合金涂层6与铝镁合金涂层7外表面还覆盖有一层镍基合金锯齿8,成分为镍基合金粉末,粉末粒度300-400目,既增大了螺杆的作用面积,又保护了杆体5不受损伤;杆体5前端连接有杆头1,杆头1作用于实际物体表面,杆头5与杆帽4通过连接体3连接;该螺杆具备良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀以及耐高温和高强度性能,且不易变形、工作稳定性好、延长了螺杆的工作寿命,使产品成品率提高,可大大节省资源,降低成本。
Claims (2)
1.合金螺杆,包括杆头(1)、螺牙(2)、连接体(3)、杆帽(4)、杆体(5)、镍铬合金涂层(6)、铝镁合金涂层(7)和镍基合金锯齿(8),其特征是:所述螺杆杆体(5)及螺牙(2)的表面上,覆盖有两层镍铬合金涂层(6)与铝镁合金涂层(7)复合粉末涂层,构成该镍铬合金与铝镁合金复合粉末涂层的合金粉末,包括70-80%的镍铬合金粉末,及20-30%铝镁合金粉末,该粉末粒度为200-400目,该涂层是呈整体均匀、厚度一致地覆盖所述螺杆本体及螺牙(2)的表面上,其厚度为0.35mm;其次在外表面还覆盖有一层镍基合金锯齿(8),成分为镍基合金粉末,粉末粒度为300-400目。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合金螺杆,其特征是:所述合金螺杆的基体材质采用38CrMoA1,并经HRC26-28调质。
