本实用新型公开了一种基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,包括由摄像头、照明灯与保护壳体组成的摄像组件、拖拽绳和人机交互装置,所述摄像头设于所述保护壳体内部,由电源供电的所述照明灯设于所述保护壳体内侧且位于所述摄像头的上方,所述照明灯的照明方向与所述摄像头的镜头方向一致,所述摄像头的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置的信号输入端连接,所述摄像头组件与所述拖拽绳的一端连接,所述拖拽绳的另一端具有与拖拽装置连接的连接头。本实用新型采用已经成熟的观察部件与地面电脑组合测量,成本低廉,实现简单,采用USB接口,即插即用,能实时观察炮孔内部孔洞、裂隙情况,同时进行照明亮度调节。

基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及工程爆破技术领域,特别是涉及基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置。
背景技术
目前,在各大露天矿和土石方工程爆破中,广泛使用中深孔爆破,而中深孔爆破方法是介于浅孔爆破与深孔爆破之间的,以专用钻凿设备钻孔作为炸药包埋藏空间的爆破方法。
该爆破方法主要是将炸药混装入炮孔内部,由于炮孔深度的不同以及各地地质情况的不同,炮孔内必然会存在部分孔洞、裂隙等情况,散装的炸药主要包括粉状、浆状、液体状三种形态,这三种形态的炸药装入炮孔中,势必会造成炸药泄漏进孔洞、裂隙内,有的甚至会在炮孔相邻的孔洞裂隙内形成药壶,改变抵抗线,存在安全隐患。因此,发现孔洞和裂隙,并能准确定位显得十分必要。
而现在主要依赖用打孔经验和软绳道木棒进炮孔进行检测,也有采用声波探测装置进行炮孔探测,但是都存在看不见,探不准的问题。也有部分企业,直接采用裸露的摄像头投入炮孔中拍照、定位,这种方法不仅会给摄像头造成损伤,而且遇有灰尘沾染,拍摄的图片将模糊不清,工程应用效果极差。
实用新型内容
基于此,针对上述问题,有必要提出一种基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,该装置设有保护壳体以及可调节亮度的照明灯,保护摄像头免受碰撞损伤,同时能控制炮孔内部灯光亮度,提高了成像质量,实现方式简单。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,包括由摄像头、照明灯与保护壳体组成的摄像组件、拖拽绳和人机交互装置,所述摄像头设于所述保护壳体内部,由电源供电的所述照明灯设于所述保护壳体内侧且位于所述摄像头的上方,所述照明灯的照明方向与所述摄像头的镜头方向一致,所述摄像头的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置的信号输入端连接,所述摄像头组件与所述拖拽绳的一端连接,所述拖拽绳的另一端具有与拖拽装置连接的连接头。
在实际测量时,摄像组件与拖拽绳的一端连接,由摄像组件自重向炮孔内下放,同时跟进拖拽绳上的下放刻度,进行记录测量。
优选地,所述摄像头的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置的信号输入端均为USB接口,可即插即用,拆卸安装方便。
优选地,该测量装置还包括亮度调节控制器,亮度调节控制器的电源输入端与电源连接,亮度调节控制器的电源输出端与所述照明灯的电源输入端连接,照明亮度可调,更方便于炮孔内部的检查、拍摄照明。
优选地,所述保护壳体为倒漏斗形的硬质壳体,摄像头和照明灯设于硬质壳体内部,倒漏斗形的硬质壳体开口方向与摄像头镜头方向一致,方便摄像头拍摄和照明灯的照明,同时也能给摄像头和照明灯提供保护作用,使其免于内壁碰撞和灰尘沾染,影响拍摄效果。
优选地,拖拽绳上设有测量刻度,可方便检测孔内深度,以便对炮孔内部的裂隙、孔洞的定位。
优选地,所述摄像头为工业内窥镜,工业内窥镜已经具备亮度可调,防水、半防水功能,采用已成熟的观察部件进行测量,成本低廉,组合方式更方便。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)设有保护壳体以及可调节亮度的照明灯,保护摄像头免受碰撞损伤,同时能控制炮孔内部灯光亮度,提高了成像质量;
(2)采用USB接口相连,即插即用,安装拆卸方便;
(3)炮孔内部的裂隙、孔洞的定位精确;
(4)可采用成熟观察部件的组合方式,成本低廉,组合方式多变、简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1:
如图1、图2所示,一种基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,包括由摄像头101、照明灯102与保护壳体103组成的摄像组件10、拖拽绳20和人机交互装置30,所述摄像头101设于所述保护壳体103内部,由电源供电的所述照明灯102设于所述保护壳体103内侧且位于所述摄像头101的上方,所述照明灯102的照明方向与所述摄像头101的镜头方向一致,所述摄像头101的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置30的信号输入端连接,所述摄像头组件10与所述拖拽绳20的一端连接,所述拖拽绳20的另一端具有与拖拽装置连接的连接头。
在实施测量时,将摄像组件10和拖拽绳20固定连接,依靠摄像组件10的自重,向炮孔内下放,同时跟进拖拽绳20上的下放刻度,进行记录测量。
所述摄像头101的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置30的信号输入端均为USB接口,可即插即用,拆卸安装方便。
拖拽绳20上设有测量刻度,可方便检测孔内深度,以便对炮孔内部的裂隙、孔洞的定位。
实际测量过程中,观察员可通过人机交互装置30实时观察炮孔内部的情况,如遇孔洞、裂隙,可拍照、录影记录,并记录相应位置。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,测量装置还设有亮度调节控制器,亮度调节控制器的电源输入端与电源连接,亮度调节控制器的电源输出端与所述照明灯102的电源输入端连接。由于炮孔内部不同的深度,其内部光线强度不同,太暗或太亮的灯光效果会影响摄像头101拍摄的质量。亮度调节控制器则针对该技术问题,实时调控炮孔内部的灯光亮度,为观察部件提供良好的拍摄环境。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,所述的保护壳体103为倒漏斗形的硬质壳体,摄像头101设于倒漏斗形保护壳体103内部,其摄像头镜头与倒漏斗形保护壳体103的开口方向一致,取代传统直接在保护壳体上开凿小孔的方式,为摄像头101拍摄和照明灯102照明提供方便,同时也为摄像头101和照明灯102提供保护作用,防止炮孔内壁碰撞、石子掉落砸碰或灰尘溅落造成拍摄效果不良。
实施例4:
本实施例将实施例1所述的摄像头101替代为工业内窥镜,由于工业内窥镜已经具备亮度可调,防水、半防水功能,成熟的观察部件能极大程度地保证拍摄效果和拍摄质量,同时采用该成熟部件,成本低廉,组合方式简单,实现相对方便。

Claims (6)

1.一种基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,包括由摄像头、照明灯与保护壳体组成的摄像组件、拖拽绳和人机交互装置,所述摄像头设于所述保护壳体内部,由电源供电的所述照明灯设于所述保护壳体内侧且位于所述摄像头的上方,所述照明灯的照明方向与所述摄像头的镜头方向一致,所述摄像头的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置的信号输入端连接,所述摄像头组件与所述拖拽绳的一端连接,所述拖拽绳的另一端具有与拖拽装置连接的连接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,所述摄像头的信号输出端与所述人机交互装置的信号输入端均为USB接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,该测量装置还包括亮度调节控制器,亮度调节控制器的电源输入端与电源连接,亮度调节控制器的电源输出端与所述照明灯的电源输入端连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,所述保护壳体为倒漏斗形的硬质壳体。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,所述拖拽绳上设有测量刻度。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的基于中深孔内孔洞裂隙的检查和测量装置,其特征在于,所述摄像头为工业内窥镜。
