Abstract

本发明涉及一种热交换器，特别是一种供暖使用的连接燃烧机的热交换器。
背景技术
已有技术中供暖一般都是采用换热机组将供热公司提供的热源进行交换，然后再对建筑或居民进行供暖，这种方式热源都是由外部专门的热力公司或电厂提供，对于没有外部热源的地方想要供暖是比较困难的，或者要实现就得投入非常大的基础设施投资。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：设计一种以就地燃烧机产生热源的方式进行热交换供暖的热交换器；本发明采用如下方式实现上述目的，一种热交换器由：外壳、燃烧管、换热管、隔板组成，在外壳上设有进、出水口和进、排气口，隔板将外壳进行分隔，换热管焊接在隔板上，燃烧管焊接在外壳和隔板上形成独立的空气流通通道和水流通道；采用如上结构，热交换器使用时先将燃烧机连接在进气口，水源分别连接进、出水口，这样燃烧机工作时将高温空气由进气口进入到燃烧管内，然后穿过换热管进行热交换，在此过程中将换热管外的水进行加热供用户使用，热交换完成后的低温空气由排气口排走。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种热交换器由：外壳1、燃烧管2、换热管3、隔板4组成，首先外壳1由隔板4进行分割，连接采用焊接模式，燃烧管2穿过外壳1和隔板4进行焊接连接，燃烧管2和换热管3通过隔板4将外壳1分为两个独立联通的通道，一个为空气流通通道、一个为水流通道，在燃烧管4上设有和燃烧机连接的管口5，在外壳1的空气流通通道上设有排气口6，在外壳1的水流通道设有进水口7和出水口8，热交换器在使用时先将燃烧机连接至管口5，用户回水连接至进水口7，用户供水连接至出水口8，这样燃烧机工作时将高温空气由管口5进入到燃烧管2内，然后穿过换热管3后和换热管3外的水进行热交换，将换热管3外的水进行加热供用户使用，换热完成后的低温空气由排气口6排走，以此循环工作实现热交换和供暖的目的；为了达到好的换热效果换热管3为多根管道组成。

1.一种热交换器，其特点在于热交换器由：外壳、燃烧管、换热管、隔板组成，在外壳上设有进、出水口和进、排气口，隔板将外壳进行分隔，换热管焊接在隔板上，燃烧管焊接在外壳和隔板上形成独立的空气流通通道和水流通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热交换器，其特点在于：换热管为多根管道组成。
