背景技术
输送带是带式输送机的核心部分，在各个行业都能看到带式输送机，它能在各种环境下进行高效连续的运输，具有其他产品无法替代的独特优势，并且拥有着广阔的市场前景。
目前国内外诸多输送带生产厂家都在研制和生产各种性能的输送带，增强输送带的抗磨、抗酸碱、抗高温等性能，但是大多从覆盖胶层着手，通过改善覆盖胶层的耐受能力从而增强输送带的寿命。然而，现有输送带在运行过程中，依然难以摆脱重物冲击导致覆盖胶和骨架折损的问题。
中国专利CN202897354U公开了一种高耐磨输送带，包括上覆盖层、下覆盖层、带芯胶层和钢丝骨架层，其中钢丝骨架层为横向钢丝绳和纵向钢丝绳互相交叠组成网状结构，此实用新型有较好的耐磨性，但是韧性却较纤维骨架输送带差，仅能适用于简单直线的输送环境。中国专利CN201485013公开了一种超耐磨输送带，包括上下覆盖胶层和浸胶芳纶帘子布层和金属螺旋芯层，此实用新型耐磨性好，寿命长，但是由于骨架层为金属螺旋芯，在压延工艺中会出现压延不均匀或者将螺旋芯压平的情况，丧失了金属骨架的性能，增加了输送带的负担。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决输送带韧性和抗撕裂性不强的问题，我们提出了一种增强型输送带，采用本实用新型，可以有效提高输送带的耐磨性，韧性和抗撕裂性，延长输送带的寿命。
为了达到上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种增强型输送带，所述输送带为压延覆合结构，包括自上而下的上覆盖胶层、缓冲胶层、第一骨架层、第二骨架层、下覆盖胶层和两侧的边胶，所述边胶内设有钢骨架。
上覆盖胶层主要是与输送物进行接触，缓冲胶的作用是利于上覆盖胶层与骨架层进行结合，下覆盖胶层是与传动装置进行结合。钢骨架可以防止撕裂。
作为优选方案，所述上覆盖胶层为中间薄两边厚的结构。利于物体的输送。
作为优选方案，所述下覆盖胶层下部设有凹凸纹。不仅可以增加摩擦力，还能够降低磨损，提高寿命。
作为优选方案，所述钢骨架为钢丝束。
作为优选方案，所述第一骨架层为纤维骨架，第二骨架层为金属骨架。金属骨架强度大，但是韧性差，以第一骨架层为纤维层，可以缓解输送带的僵硬，提高输送带的韧性。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，有益效果是：输送带的多层结构利于提高寿命，同时降低断裂强度，增加韧性，从而提高输送带的承受力并分散冲击应力。

一种增强型输送带，如图1所示，所述输送带为压延覆合结构，包括自上而下的上覆盖胶层1、缓冲胶层2、第一骨架层3、第二骨架层4、下覆盖胶层5和两侧的边胶6，边胶6内设有钢骨架7，且钢骨架7为钢丝束。上覆盖胶层1为中间薄两边厚的结构，下覆盖胶层5下部设有凹凸纹8。第一骨架层3为纤维骨架，第二骨架层4为金属骨架。
这种输送带能够提高拉伸强度，提高韧性，防止断裂，降低了磨损，提高了寿命。

1.一种增强型输送带，其特征在于，所述输送带为压延覆合结构，包括自上而下的上覆盖胶层（1）、缓冲胶层（2）、第一骨架层（3）、第二骨架层（4）、下覆盖胶层（5）和两侧的边胶（6），所述边胶（6）内设有钢骨架（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强型输送带，其特征在于，所述上覆盖胶层（1）为中间薄两边厚的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强型输送带，其特征在于，所述下覆盖胶层（5）下部设有凹凸纹（8）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强型输送带，其特征在于，所述钢骨架（7）为钢丝束。
