Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种单螺杆压榨机的防滑装置，其特点是在压榨机外筛的内筒壁沿轴向增设挡壁，用以阻止随螺杆旋转的鱼料。本实用新型结构简单，对现有压榨机容易进行改造，同原压榨机相比，压榨产量可提高三倍，杜绝了堵塞现象。这种防滑结构可广泛用于靠单螺杆推进的其他设备上。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种单螺杆压榨机的防滑装置，也适用于其他采用封闭式单螺杆推进的设备。
目前，鱼粉加工行业使用的单螺杆压榨机，普遍存在这样的缺陷：鱼料进入压榨机后，随着螺旋叶片螺距的逐渐缩小，螺杆轴径的逐渐增大，而圆筒形外筛直径不变，鱼料被推入越来越小的空间，水份被挤出。由于外筛内衬的不锈钢片光洁度很高，与鱼料间的摩擦力很小，至使鱼料随螺杆旋转打滑，很难向前推进，影响工作效率，降低了产量，有时甚至会形成堵塞，必须停机消除。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种防滑装置，它能有效地防止鱼料打滑，提高压榨速度。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在筒形外筛的内壁沿轴向设有挡壁，用以阻止随螺杆旋转的鱼料，从而也增加鱼料与内筒壁的摩擦阻力，使之不能打滑。
本实用新型只需在原有外筛内筒壁上增设轴向挡壁，所以结构特别简单，对现有的压榨机也容易进行改造。由于有效地防止了鱼料的旋转，因此与原压榨机相比，压榨产量提高了三倍，并能杜绝堵塞现象。这种防滑结构可广泛用于靠单螺杆推进的其他设备上。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及附图给出。

图中（1）为螺杆轴、（2）为螺旋叶片、（3）为鱼料、（4）为外筛、（5）为横梁、（6、7）为挡壁。
外筛（4）是由两半圆形筒构成，安装时，只需将两个半圆筒错位，既可形成与螺杆转动方向相对的两个挡壁（6）、（7），并用横梁（5）加以固定。
工作时，电动机、减速器带动螺杆转动，由进料口进入的鱼料逐渐被螺旋叶片推向出料口，并挤出水份。由于挡壁（6）、（7）的作用，被挤压的鱼料不再随螺杆转动，挤压出的水份经外筛孔流入水槽中，挤干后的鱼料经出料口后送至其他工序。
