硅藻板是一种新型建材，硅藻板的制作材料由硅藻土、钙质材料、木纤维和硬质纤维材料组成，硅藻板坯废料是规模化生产硅藻板必然产生的余料，仍然具有再生利用的价值，针对一种新型建材，目前还没有适应工业化生产的专业设备，使用相类似的设备存有不相适应的问题：1.如硅藻板料坯粘附性较强难破碎；2.设备的输送功能不够，造成生产的连续性差；3.人工操作位置离运行的设备过近生产操作的安全性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种适于专业化生产硅藻板坯废料破碎输送装置。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案实现：一种生产硅藻板过程中产生的板坯废料破碎输送装置，由输送螺旋轴一只、破碎螺旋轴两只、破碎机舱体、破碎螺旋叶片、输送螺旋叶片、出料口组成，其中输送螺旋轴装置有输送螺旋叶片，固定在破碎螺旋轴下方，破碎螺旋轴装置有破碎螺旋叶片，固定在破碎机舱体内，破碎机舱体端设置出料口。
本实用新型在破碎螺旋轴下方设置输送螺旋推进器，提高破碎效率，畅通输送，同时由于设置输送螺旋推进器，增加破碎机舱体长度，增加运转容量，有利于提高生产的连续性，由于设备加长，使操作位置远离运行设备，提高生产的安全性，是一种适于专业化生产硅藻板坯废料破碎输送装置。
