背景技术：目前整形机模具普遍存在外形尺寸过大、模具零件多、结构复杂、更换时间长等问题，给用户带来不必要的人力与时间上的浪费。 
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，更换方便，工作效率高模具。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种整形机模具快换结构，其特征是：滑座固连在活动板上，滑块安装于滑座内；外整套与外整形块连在一起后通过第一螺钉固定在滑块上，整形芯通过第二螺钉固定于联接盘上，端部压套通过第三螺钉固定在压紧上。 
由于采用上述技术方案，在更换模具时只需拆掉几个螺钉就可以将模具整体拆下、很大程度上节省用户更换模具所用时间、具有安全可靠，效率高的优点。

具体实施方式：
一种整形机模具快换结构，滑座1固连在活动板上，滑块2安装于滑座1内；外整套4与外整形块5连在一起后通过第一螺钉3固定在滑块上，整形芯6通过第二螺钉9固定于联接盘上，端部压套7通过第三螺钉8固定在压紧杆10上。工作原理：更换模具时只需将第一螺钉3拆下便可将外整套与外整形块连在一起取下，拆掉第三螺钉8取下端部压套，将第二螺钉9拆掉取下整形芯，然后按照与拆模相反的顺序装上另一套模具即可完成整套模具的更换。

1.一种转盘式整形机模具快换结构，其特征是：滑座(1)固连在活动板上，滑块(2)安装于滑座(1)内；外整套(4)与外整形块(5)连在一起后通过第一螺钉(3)固定在滑块上，整形芯(6)通过第二螺钉(9)固定于联接盘上，端部压套(7)通过第三螺钉(8)固定在压紧杆(10)上。
