在粉末涂料的生产过程中，粉末涂料吸附性测试是必要的工艺流程之一。现有技术中，通常测试方法是将粉末涂料均匀喷洒到平放的粉料框上，手持喷枪，向粉末涂料上喷洒漆料，再通过人工观察、判断粉末涂料的吸附性能，工作效率低，精度差，且粉尘扩散，从而严重影响到工人的身心健康。
