在粉末涂料的生产过程中,粉末涂料吸附性测试是必要的工艺流程之一。现有技术中,通常测试方法是将粉末涂料均匀喷洒到平放的粉料框上,手持喷枪,向粉末涂料上喷洒漆料,再通过人工观察、判断粉末涂料的吸附性能,工作效率低,精度差,且粉尘扩散,从而严重影响到工人的身心健康。
