本实用新型涉及固液分离装置,尤其涉及一种旋流除砂器。
背景技术
旋流除砂器是一种根据离心沉降和密度差力学原理制成的固液分离设备,当水流以一定的压力和流速从旋流除砂器的进口进入其内部后,水体因受到旋流除砂器结构的影响产生强烈的旋转,由于水和砂的密度不一样,在浮力、向心力和流体拽力的共同作用下,密度小的清水上升并由顶部溢流口流出,密度大的砂沿除砂器内壁沉降到底部并由排污口排出。在水处理领域实现除砂、降浊、固液分离等效果显著。广泛应用于换热站除污,河水、井水除砂,石灰制浆等领域。除砂器在除砂过程中,对设备的摩擦、损害较大,造成设备的使用寿命较低,同时现有的设备一般都是直接排砂,排砂的效果不够彻底,造成杂质留在筒体内,长时间会造成拥堵,除砂效果降低。

针对现有技术所存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题,提供一种旋流除砂器,结构简单,体积小,安全可靠;同时排砂效果好,可连续运行,也可间断运行。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是,一种旋流除砂器,包括筒体、进液管以及出液管,所述筒体由旋流器上筒体和旋流器下筒体组成,两者通过螺栓连接;所述进液管置于旋流器上筒体偏心位置,出液管置于旋流器上筒体上部;冲洗水管至于旋流器下筒体一侧,排砂口置于旋流器下筒体底部。
进一步的,所述进液管截面为梯形。
进一步的,所述进液管的出水口与筒体竖轴垂直。
进一步的,所述出液管关于旋流器上筒体轴对称。
本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)结构简单,操作简便,使用安全可靠,几乎不需维护。(2)可连续运行,也可间断运行。可在不间断供液过程中清除液体中的砂粒。(3)排砂口、冲洗水口配置自动阀门,可实现自动排砂、冲洗。(4)设备体积小,占地面积小。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,一种旋流除砂器,包括筒体、进液管3以及出液管4,所述筒体由旋流器上筒体1和旋流器下筒体2组成,两者通过螺栓连接;所述进液管3置于旋流器上筒体1偏心位置,出液管4置于旋流器上筒体1上部,关于旋流器上筒体1轴对称;冲洗水管6至于旋流器下筒体2一侧,排砂口5置于旋流器下筒体2底部。所述进液管3截面为梯形。所述进液管3的出水口与筒体竖轴垂直。所述出液管4关于旋流器上筒体1轴对称。本实用新型的筒体采用分离式结构,便于维修和更换,同时进液管3的水是切向进入筒体的,能够很好的形成向下的周围流体,此外,本实用新型在旋流器下筒体上设置了冲洗水管6,很好的防止了堵塞现象的发生,更好的排砂。
旋流除砂器工作时,旋流除砂器是利用离心分离的原理进行除砂,由于进液管3安装在旋流器上筒体1的偏心位置,当水流在一定的压力下从进液管3以切向进入设备后,首先沿旋流器上筒体的周围切线方向形成斜向下的周围流体,水流旋转着向下推移,当水流达到旋流器下筒体2某部位后,转而沿筒体轴心向上旋转,最后经出液管4排出,砂在流体惯性离心力和自身重力作用下,沿锥体壁面落入设备下部,当积累在设备下部中的杂物到一定程度时,只要开启排砂口5阀门,砂即可在水流作用下流出旋流除砂器。设备停运时,通过冲洗水管6冲洗设备。

1.一种旋流除砂器,包括筒体、进液管以及出液管,其特征在于:所述筒体由旋流器上筒体和旋流器下筒体组成,两者通过螺栓连接;所述进液管置于旋流器上筒体偏心位置,出液管置于旋流器上筒体上部;冲洗水管至于旋流器下筒体一侧,排砂口置于旋流器下筒体底部。
