技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空气滤清器，尤其涉及一种切向进气的空气滤清器。
背景技术
空气滤清器主要应用在气动机械、内燃机械等领域，作用是为这些机械设备提供清洁的空气，以防这些机械设备在工作中吸入带有杂质颗粒的空气而增加磨蚀和损坏的几率。空气滤清器的主要组成部分是滤芯和机壳，其中滤芯是主要的过滤部分，承担着气体的过滤工作，而机壳是为滤芯提供必要保护的外部结构。
汽车发动机是非常精密的机件，极小的杂质都会损伤发动机。因此，空气在进入气缸之前，必须先经过空气滤清器的细密的过滤，才能进入气缸。空气滤清器是发动机的守护神，空气滤清器状态的好坏关系着发动机的寿命。如果汽车行驶中使用过脏的空气滤清器，会使发动机进气不足，使燃油燃烧不完全，导致发动机工作不稳定，动力下降、耗油量增加的现象发生。现有空气滤清器的进气口不是切向进气，无法使气流在壳体内部形成旋转，无法达到粗滤的效果。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种能使气流在壳体内部形成旋转，达到粗滤效果，使滤芯寿命延长的切向进气的空气滤清器。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种切向进气的空气滤清器，其特征在于：包括壳体、设置在壳体一侧的进气口、设置在壳体另一侧的出气口、以及设置在与出气口连接的壳体内部的滤芯，所述壳体上还设置左盖和右盖；所述左盖和右盖分别设置在所述滤芯的两侧，所述进气口自壳体侧面延伸斜向向上，所述进气口上方端部为切向进气，所述进气口内部设置过滤网，所述过滤网上设置叶片环。
进一步地，所述壳体底部设置排污槽，所述排污槽上设置排污口。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有的有益效果为：
本实用新型的进气口自壳体侧面延伸斜向向上，进气口上方端部为切向进气，结合过滤网上的叶片环可使气流在壳体内部形成旋转，提高进气口粗滤效果，使滤芯寿命延长。

如图1所示，一种切向进气的空气滤清器，包括壳体1、设置在壳体1一侧的进气口2、设置在壳体1另一侧的出气口、以及设置在与出气口连接的壳体1内部的滤芯4，所述壳体1上还设置左盖5和右盖6；所述左盖5和右盖6分别设置在所述滤芯4的两侧，所述进气口2自壳体1侧面延伸斜向向上，所述进气口2上方端部为切向进气，所述进气口2内部设置过滤网7，所述过滤网7上设置叶片环。
进一步地，所述壳体1底部设置排污槽8，所述排污槽8上设置排污口。
本实用新型的进气口自壳体侧面延伸斜向向上，进气口上方端部为切向进气，结合过滤网上的叶片环可使气流在壳体内部形成旋转，提高进气口粗滤效果，使滤芯寿命延长。通过在壳体内部设置排污槽，空气过滤过程中产生的过滤物沉降到排污槽中，通过排污口排出，达到壳体内部的清洁作用。

1.一种切向进气的空气滤清器，其特征在于：包括壳体（1）、设置在壳体（1）一侧的进气口（2）、设置在壳体（1）另一侧的出气口、以及设置在与出气口连接的壳体（1）内部的滤芯（4），所述壳体（1）上还设置左盖（5）和右盖（6）；所述左盖（5）和右盖（6）分别设置在所述滤芯（4）的两侧，所述进气口（2）自壳体（1）侧面延伸斜向向上，所述进气口（2）上方端部为切向进气，所述进气口（2）内部设置过滤网（7），所述过滤网（7）上设置叶片环。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种切向进气的空气滤清器，其特征在于：所述壳体（1）底部设置排污槽（8），所述排污槽（8）上设置排污口。
