Abstract

本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域，具体涉及一种托辊端盖。
背景技术
托辊在工作过程中易受到水及灰尘的侵害，水及灰尘影响托辊内部结构及构件的性能，如轴的腐蚀、轴承的润滑失效、辊体的腐蚀、端盖与轴承的配合失效等。因此，开发设计一种能起到密闭作用的托辊端盖是解决上述问题的关键。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种起到密闭作用的托辊端盖。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种托辊端盖，包括端盖本体，其特征在于：所述端盖本体的外圈设有环形凸起和密封圈槽。
辊子上设有梯形凹槽，与端盖上凸起相配合。端盖压入辊子装配，呈过盈配合，密封圈槽里加装O形密封圈，形成了二重密封，无需在轴端加顶紧装置，且不可拆卸，从而达到较佳的密闭效果。

如图1和图2所示的托辊端盖，包括端盖本体1，端盖本体1的外圈设有环形凸起2和密封圈槽3，端盖本体1的一面设有9条环向均布的加强筋4。
如图3所示，安装时将O形密封圈6装入密封圈槽3内，然后将托辊端盖压入辊子5内。

3.如权利要求2所述的托辊端盖，其特征在于：所述加强筋(4)的数量为9条且环向均布。
