技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料模具领域，特别是一种注塑机模具安装结构。
背景技术
目前，注塑机模具的静模板与静模固定板在安装时采用的定位方式为圆盘定位的方法，但圆盘定位法完全由人工操作完成，使得其定位过程较为复杂且需要较长的调整时间，不仅增加了操作人员的工作强度，同时降低了注塑机模具的生产效率。而有些企业为提升换装模具的速度，也采用了增设轨道台车等辅助换装模具的设备，但需要对注塑设备进行改装，造成了投资大、占地多、技术要求高等缺点，并且不适用于小型注塑加工企业的使用及推广。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种安装定位准确、操作过程简便、机械结构简单的注塑机模具安装结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种注塑机模具安装结构，包括合模装置1和注塑模具2，所述的合模装置1包括拉杆130及拉杆130两端对应安装的静模固定板110和压板120，所述的压板120可沿拉杆130移动并配合静模固定板110将注塑模具2夹持固定。所述的静模固定板110上开设有与注塑模具2一侧对应设置且用于注塑的机器注塑口112，所述的注塑模具2包括可安装在静模固定板110上的静模板210，所述的静模板210上开设有与机器注塑口112对齐设置的静模注塑口212，并且静模固定板110上还安装有用于换模安装定位的定位销111，静模板210上开设有与定位销111对应匹配安装的定位槽211，所述的定位销111分别设置在机器注塑口112底部两侧，所述的定位槽211开设在静模板210底部的边沿可分别与定位销111对应设置。
进一步，所述机器注塑口112的圆心及底部两侧的定位销111的中心构成的等腰三角形ABC与静模注塑口212的圆心及底部两侧的定位槽211的顶点构成的等腰三角形OMN全等，并且定位槽211是V型结构，V型结构的定位槽211的顶点设有与定位销111的外壁形状相匹配的圆弧211a。
进一步，所述的静模固定板110上还可安装有附加支撑板，所述的附加支撑板的底部边沿开设有与定位销111对应匹配安装的底板定位槽，并且附加支撑板可固定安装在注塑模具2的静模板210上用于定位注塑模具2。
进一步，所述的定位销111包括相互连接的圆销111a和销螺纹111b，所述的销螺纹111b可与静模固定板110螺纹固定连接，所述的圆销111a可与静模板210的定位槽211接触连接，并且圆销111a的长度比静模板210的厚度小。
进一步，所述等腰三角形ABC的底边长度为280mm，相等的两条腰的长度为420mm。
进一步，所述的注塑模具2包括可依次层叠设置的静模板210、静模芯201、动模芯202和动模板220，并且注塑模具2的外侧壁铺设有可分别覆盖静模芯201和动模芯202侧壁的隔热板3，所述静模板210与静模芯201之间夹持铺设有静模隔热板301，所述动模板220与动模芯202之间夹持铺设有动模隔热板302。
进一步，所述静模隔热板301和动模隔热板302的边沿分别与隔热板3接触连接。
进一步，所述的机器注塑口112内可设有注塑喷嘴113，并且所述注塑喷嘴113的端部可置于静模注塑口212内。
进一步，所述的压板120与气缸驱动连接，并且合模装置1的一侧旁设有吊装设备，所述的吊装设备可将注塑模具2移动至合模装置1内并使静模板210的定位槽211与静模固定板110的定位销111对应设置，所述气缸可驱动压板将注塑模具2夹持固定在静模固定板110上。
本实用新型的注塑机模具安装结构通过相互配合的定位销和定位槽，简化了静模板与静模固定板的安装定位过程，提高了注塑模具安装效率及定位准确性。此外，定位销及定位槽加工方便且结构简单，保证的注塑稳定性及注塑效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1至8给出本实用新型的实施例，进一步说明本实用新型的注塑机模具安装结构具体实施方式。本实用新型的注塑机模具安装结构不限于以下实施例的描述。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的注塑机模具安装结构，包括合模装置1和注塑模具2，所述的合模装置1包括拉杆130及拉杆130两端对应安装的静模固定板110和压板120，所述的压板120可沿拉杆130移动并配合静模固定板110将注塑模具2夹持固定。所述的静模固定板110上开设有与注塑模具2一侧对应设置且用于注塑的机器注塑口112，如图3所示的注塑模具2包括可安装在静模固定板110上的静模板210，所述的静模板210上开设有与机器注塑口112对齐设置的静模注塑口212，并且静模固定板110上还安装有用于换模安装定位的定位销111，静模板210上开设有与定位销111对应匹配安装的定位槽211。本实用新型的注塑模具与合模装置进行安装时，可通过定位槽与匹配的定位销将静模板与静模固定板进行准确定位，不仅提高了注塑模具的安装定位效率，同时保证了注塑加工过程的稳定性。
具体地，如图1所示本实用新型开模状态时的结构透视图，开模状态时压板120相对于静模固定板110移动至拉杆130的端部，静模固定板110与压板120相对应的一侧垂直安装有并排设置的定位销111，并且机器注塑口112内可设有注塑喷嘴113。如图2所示本实用新型合模状态时的结构透视图，注塑模具2的静模板210上开设的定位槽211可与静模固定板110上垂直安装的定位销111匹配安装，从而实现注塑模具2与静模固定板110的定位，并使得机器注塑口112与静模注塑口212对齐设置保证注塑过程的准确性，合模状态时压板120沿拉杆130向静模固定板110一侧移动并配合静模固定板110将注塑模具2夹持固定进行注塑加工。特别地，所述注塑喷嘴113的端部可置于静模注塑口212内。机器注塑口与静模注塑口准确对应设置，保证了注塑喷嘴注塑时的准确性，提高了加工效率及产品合格率。此外，压板120与气缸驱动连接，并且合模装置1的一侧旁设有吊装设备，所述的吊装设备可将注塑模具2移动至合模装置1内并使静模板210的定位槽211与静模固定板110的定位销111对应设置，所述气缸可驱动压板将注塑模具2夹持固定在静模固定板110上。吊装设备和气缸提高了注塑模具换模时的安装效率，同时提高了生产产品的注塑加工效率。容易想到的是，在进行换模安装定位工序时，可通过吊装设备吊装注塑模具2并将静模固定板110的定位销111对准静模板219的定位槽211开口，并且吊装设备将注塑模具2下降到位时机器注塑口112与静模注塑口212自然对齐，随后压板120可配合静模固定板110夹持住注塑模具2并开始注塑加工。
如图4所示本实用新型的静模固定板110的平面结构示意图，所述的机器注塑口112开设在静模固定板110的中心位置，且机器注塑口112的圆心为点A，机器注塑口112下方的两侧分别设有对应安装有定位销111，且两侧的定位销111的中心分别为点B和点C，所述的点A、点B和点C的连线组成以点A为顶点，直线BC为底边的等腰三角形ABC。如图5所示本实用新型的静模板210的平面结构示意图，所述的静模注塑口212开设在静模板210的中心位置，且静模注塑口212的圆心为点O，静模注塑口212下方的两侧沿静模板210的边沿分别开设有对应设置的定位槽211，且两侧的定位槽211的顶点分别为点M和点N，所述的点O、点M和点N的连线组成以点O为顶点，直线MN为底边的等腰三角形OMN。并且，等腰三角形ABC与等腰三角形OMN全等，由于机器注塑口底部两侧对应的定位销与静模注塑口底部两侧对应的定位槽位置重合，因此根据全等三角形两点重合第三点必定重合的原理，可用来将机器注塑口与静模注塑口进行准确定位，此定位方法操作简单且定位准确，有效地提高了注塑模具换模定位的效率。特别地，等腰三角形ABC各边长度的具体实施例可如下所述，等腰三角形ABC的底边长度可为280mm，相等的两条腰的长度可为420mm，容易想到的是，在等腰三角形ABC的实施例情况下，等腰三角形OMN的底边长度和两条腰的长度与等腰三角形ABC的实施例相等，并且三角形分布的静模注塑口和定位槽提高了定位准确性及安装稳定性。
如图6所示的是图5中虚线圆圈内的部分结构示意图，所述的定位槽211是V型结构，并且V型结构的定位槽211的顶点设有与定位销111的外壁形状相匹配的圆弧211a。圆弧与定位销外形相匹配，保证了定位安装后定位槽与定位销之间不产生相对晃动，提高了注塑模具安装的可靠性及加工准确性。如图7所示本实用新型的定位销111的结构示意图，所述的定位销111包括相互连接的圆销111a和销螺纹111b，所述的销螺纹111b可与静模固定板110螺纹固定连接，所述的圆销111a可与静模板210的定位槽211接触连接，并且圆销111a的长度比静模板210的厚度小。定位销的结构简单便于与静模固定板的安装，同时螺纹连接的安装方式提高了定位销安装的稳定性，避免定位销从静模固定板脱落的情况，并且定位销与定位槽的长度关系实现了注塑模具的快速准确定位，提高了定位效率。此外，静模固定板110上还可安装有附加支撑板，所述的附加支撑板的底部边沿开设有与定位销111对应匹配安装的底板定位槽，并且附加支撑板可固定安装在注塑模具2的静模板210上用于定位注塑模具2。当注塑机上的模具为小型模具时，静模板底部边沿无法与定位销进行匹配定位安装，因此在注塑模具的静模板上安装附加支撑板可将小型模具的静模板的面积增加至可与定位销进行匹配安装，从而实现对小型模具采用定位销与定位槽的定位安装方式，提高了注塑模具的通用性。
如图8所示本实用新型注塑模具2的具体应用实施例的结构侧视图，所述的注塑模具2包括可依次层叠设置的静模板210、静模芯201、动模芯202和动模板220，并且在热固情况下，注塑模具2的外侧壁铺设有可分别覆盖静模芯201和动模芯202侧壁的隔热板3，所述静模板210与静模芯201之间夹持铺设有静模隔热板301，所述动模板220与动模芯202之间夹持铺设有动模隔热板302。隔热板、静模隔热板以及动模隔热板保证了在热固注塑加工的过程中热量不易流失，提高了热固注塑模具的保温性能从而节省了能耗，同时隔热板可使注塑模具热量分布均匀有效地提高了产品的生产合格率。特别地，所述静模隔热板301和动模隔热板302的边沿分别与隔热板3接触连接。静模隔热板和动模隔热板与隔热板形成对静模芯及动模芯的封闭结构，进一步提高了注塑模具的保温性能，从而提高了产品的合格率。

1.一种注塑机模具安装结构，包括合模装置(1)和注塑模具(2)，其特征在于：所述的合模装置(1)包括拉杆(130)及拉杆(130)两端对应安装的静模固定板(110)和压板(120)，所述的压板(120)可沿拉杆(130)移动并配合静模固定板(110)将注塑模具(2)夹持固定；
所述的静模固定板(110)上开设有与注塑模具(2)一侧对应设置且用于注塑的机器注塑口(112)，所述的注塑模具(2)包括可安装在静模固定板(110)上的静模板(210)，所述的静模板(210)上开设有与机器注塑口(112)对齐设置的静模注塑口(212)，并且静模固定板(110)上还安装有用于换模安装定位的定位销(111)，静模板(210)上开设有与定位销(111)对应匹配安装的定位槽(211)；
所述的定位销(111)分别设置在机器注塑口(112)底部两侧，所述的定位槽(211)开设在静模板(210)底部的边沿可分别与定位销(111)对应设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述机器注塑口(112)的圆心及底部两侧的定位销(111)的中心构成的等腰三角形ABC与静模注塑口(212)的圆心及底部两侧的定位槽(211)的顶点构成的等腰三角形OMN全等，并且定位槽(211)是V型结构，V型结构的定位槽(211)的顶点设有与定位销(111)的外壁形状相匹配的圆弧(211a)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述的静模固定板(110)上还可安装有附加支撑板，所述的附加支撑板的底部边沿开设有与定位销(111)对应匹配安装的底板定位槽，并且附加支撑板可固定安装在注塑模具(2)的静模板(210)上用于定位注塑模具(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述的定位销(111)包括相互连接的圆销(111a)和销螺纹(111b)，所述的销螺纹(111b)可与静模固定板(110)螺纹固定连接，所述的圆销(111a)可与静模板(210)的定位槽(211)接触连接，并且圆销(111a)的长度比静模板(210)的厚度小。
5.根据权利要求2所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述等腰三角形ABC的底边长度为280mm，相等的两条腰的长度为420mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述的注塑模具(2)包括可依次层叠设置的静模板(210)、静模芯(201)、动模芯(202)和动模板(220)，并且注塑模具(2)的外侧壁铺设有可分别覆盖静模芯(201)和动模芯(202)侧壁的隔热板(3)，所述静模板(210)与静模芯(201)之间夹持铺设有静模隔热板(301)，所述动模板(220)与动模芯(202)之间夹持铺设有动模隔热板(302)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述静模隔热板(301)和动模隔热板(302)的边沿分别与隔热板(3)接触连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述的机器注塑口(112)内可设有注塑喷嘴(113)，并且所述注塑喷嘴(113)的端部可置于静模注塑口(212)内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机模具安装结构，其特征在于：所述的压板(120)与气缸驱动连接，并且合模装置(1)的一侧旁设有吊装设备，所述的吊装设备可将注塑模具(2)移动至合模装置(1)内并使静模板(210)的定位槽(211)与静模固定板(110)的定位销(111)对应设置，所述气缸可驱动压板将注塑模具(2)夹持固定在静模固定板(110)上。
