背景技术：
现有的结构芯材套装的生产包括轻木板材的加工，其中需要涉及到划线、裁边和切角度工序，在没有数控加工设备之前的加工工艺中，需要大量的人工划线，产品的精度不高，在后续的切割加工中按照标志线裁切过程中容易导致加工尺寸偏差较大，需求进行返工加工，浪费大量的人力，材料损耗也较大。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是轻木板材的加工，其中需要人工进行操作划线、裁边和切角度等工序，提供一种可以直接按照编程加工且不需要人工划线，节省大量人工成本，且加工精度能够达到0.1mm的轻木板材加工用数控锯。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用这样一种轻木板材加工用数控锯，包括进料台面，板材输送带、出料台面以及切割装置，所述板材输送带设于进料平台上，切割装置设于板材输送装置的末端，出料平台设于切割装置的末端，所述切割装置包括板材压板、锯片、气缸以及旋转盘，所述气缸设于板材压板的顶端，锯片设于板材压板的一侧，锯片顶端设有可带动锯片旋转的旋转盘。
本实用新型的轻木板材加工用数控锯的工作原理如下：首先将所需加工的轻木板材置于进料平台上的板材输送带上，由输送带输送至切割装置，根据预先设置好的程序，通过气缸调节板材压板的位置固定轻木板材后，调整旋转盘从而调整锯片的角度，得到加工精度达到0.1mm的轻木板材。
作为优选，所述锯片旋转的角度为0-10°。

本实用新型为一种轻木板材加工用数控锯，包括进料台面1，板材输送带2、出料台面3以及切割装置，所述板材输送带设于进料平台上，切割装置设于板材输送装置的末端，出料平台设于切割装置的末端，所述切割装置包括板材压板4、锯片5、气缸6以及旋转盘7，所述气缸设于板材压板的顶端，锯片设于板材压板的一侧，锯片顶端设有可带动锯片旋转的旋转盘。
实际使用数控锯时，首先将所需加工的轻木板材置于进料平台上的板材输送带上，由输送带输送至切割装置，根据预先设置好的程序，通过气缸调节板材压板的位置固定轻木板材后，调整旋转盘从而调整锯片的角度，得到加工精度达到0.1mm的轻木板材。该数控锯可以直接按照编程加工且不需要人工划线，节省大量人工成本，且加工精度能够达到0.1mm，大大提高了加工效率，且操作方便；另外本实用新型采用数控技术控制，加工精度高，不良率低，大大降低了企业的生产加工中的报废成本。

1.一种轻木板材加工用数控锯，其特征在于，包括进料台面，板材输送带、出料台面以及切割装置，所述板材输送带设于进料平台上，切割装置设于板材输送装置的末端，出料平台设于切割装置的末端，所述切割装置包括板材压板、锯片、气缸以及旋转盘，所述气缸设于板材压板的顶端，锯片设于板材压板的一侧，锯片顶端设有可带动锯片旋转的旋转盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻木板材加工用数控锯，其特征在于，所述锯片旋转的角度为0-10°。
