实施例1
本实用新型非向1为127mm、压向2为121mm、取向3为50mm，非向1与压向2之间的夹角成为6°。
模具材质：70Mn
磁体规格：直径：110mm、长度：34mm
单个小圆柱磁体重量：2220g
压制成型密度：3.68g/ cm3
总重量及根数：400/888kg
使用时，先进行模具调试，然后投料，压制压力：8MPa，脱模后进行外观检验，码盒、进入转烧结工序；转磨床；
烧结成型后合格数量395，重量876.9kg。
磨床磨光后合格数量395，重量832.2kg。
本实用新型降低了圆环的成型密度，减少了物料的投入，很好的控制了返压料的产生，提高了产品合格率，减少废品的产生，带来可观的经济效益。
