具体实施方式
实施例1
本实用新型模具包括非向1、压向2、取向3，所述非向1为19.2mm、压向2为18.4mm、取向3为75mm。
模具材质：G60
磁体规格：直径：15mm、长度：51.3mm
单个小圆柱磁体重量：77.5g
压制成型密度：3.72g/cm3
总重量及根数：3000支/232.5kg
使用时：将上述模具进行调试，然后投料，压制压力：8MPa，脱模，外观检验合格，进行码盒后，转烧结工序。
烧结成型后合格数量2920支，重量226.3kg，弯料20支，重量1.55kg。
本实用新型硬度更高的G60，以提高抗压能力，压制压力增加到8MPa，以提高小圆柱磁体的成型密度，很好的控制了返压料的产生，提高了产品合格率。
