技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁心,尤其涉及一种用于滤波器磁心。
背景技术
滤波器需要使用一种形状复杂的磁心,这往往带来了毛坯难以压制成型的问题,需要使用结构复杂的特殊压机,这既不利于大批量生产,又大大增加了生产成本。另外,由于产品形状复杂,导致毛坯密度难以均匀,产品烧结时易于变形而成为废品,使产品合格率大大降低,导致产品生产成本过高,给生产制造带来了很大的浪费。为了解决这一问题,通过对磁心结构进行优化设计,从而使磁心能够被大批量低成本生产制造。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够应用于接受装置,并能够被大批量低成本生产制造的磁心。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于滤波器磁心,磁心由边腿(1)、(2),较矮的中柱(3)以及底板(4)组成。该磁心由铁氧体材料烧结而成,或者由金属软磁粉压制而成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于磁心形状简单,可以使用最简单的模具进行压制成型,并且可以一模多件,大大提高生产效率,本发明还有效解决了传统磁心易于变形,同时产品合格率低的问题。

具体实施方式
一种用于滤波器磁心,磁心由边腿(1)、(2),较矮的中柱(3)以及底板(4)组成,该磁心由铁氧体材料烧结而成,或者由金属软磁粉压制而成。磁心可以使用最简单的模具进行压制成型,而且由于形状简单,可以一模多件,大大提高生产效率。本发明还有效解决了传统磁心易于变形,同时产品合格率低的问题。
