本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于发射器TP磁心,该磁心由边腿(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)以及圆形中柱(5)组成。该磁心由铁氧体材料烧结而成,或者由金属软磁粉压制而成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于磁心形状简单,可以使用最简单的模具进行压制成型,并且可以一模多件,大大提高生产效率,本发明还有效解决了传统磁心易于变形,同时产品合格率低的问题。
