背景技术
汽车零部件的生产，多数采用冷冲压模具加工，折弯模具也是常用到的一种，现有的折弯模具，工作不够连续，效率低，加工精度不高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种连动折弯模具，它具有结构简单，工作连续性强，加工精度高的优点。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种连动折弯模具，它包括上模、下模，设有弹簧的垫板，所述上模右侧开有截面呈扇形的凹槽，所述下模右端设有U型板，U型板的底端通过转轴和下模相连，所述垫板的一端置于U型板开口内。
所述U型板开口的大小为垫板的厚度与上模底端到凹槽的高度之和。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，上模上开有凹槽，与设置在下模上的U型板配合，在加工件完成一定的变形后，加工件与垫板接触，使之向下运动，垫板压着U型板的一端一起向下运动，U型板绕转轴转动，U型板上端置于凹槽内，完成对加工件的折弯。本实用新型工作连续，操作方便，加工精确。

如图1所示，一种连动折弯模具，它包括上模1、下模2，设有弹簧的垫板3，上模1右侧开有截面呈扇形的凹槽4，下模1右端设有U型板5，U型板5的底端通过转轴6和下模2相连，垫板3的一端置于U型板5开口内。
U型板5开口的大小为垫板3的厚度与上模1底端到凹槽4的高度之和。
上模1向下运动与加工件7接触，在加工件7完成一定的变形后，加工件7与垫板3接触，使之向下运动，垫板3压着U型板5的一端一起向下运动，U型板5绕转轴6转动，U型板5上端置于凹槽4内，完成对加工件7的折弯。上模1向上运动，垫板3在弹簧的作用下回到原来的位置，U型板5在凹槽4的作用下回到原来的位置，为下次加工做好准备。
