本实用新型公开了一种压机的冲压头，包括有冲芯、本体、紧固套，本体为子弹状结构的圆柱体，细端端头为带外螺纹的圆柱凸头，凸头朝下竖直搁置，冲芯为与本体等长的细圆柱条，同轴竖直贯穿本体且与本体上下端面对齐，紧固套为带内螺纹的环筒状结构，对应尺寸啮合在本体凸头部位，冲芯、本体、紧固套均为硬质金属材料制成；本实用新型装置结构简单，成本低，很好的保护了冲压头，增加了冲压头的使用寿命，提高了压机的工作效率。

背景技术
压机是用于工业制品通过压力成型的一种成型机械，在磁性材料系列产品生产过程中需要用到压机来实现产品的成型，现有的压机大多数系统繁杂，操作麻烦，且成型速度较慢，在使用冲头进行成型的时候，由于需要冲头频繁的击打，故接触的部位容易龟裂或者卷边，影响压机的正常工作。
