冲压模具在冷冲压加工中,将材料(金属或非金属)加工成零件(或半成品)的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具(俗称冷冲模)。冲压是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种防转动冲压模具,结构更加合理,增加了防转销,可以防止冲头与上模滑套之间的相对滑动。

一种防转动冲压模具,包括有冲头、下模,冲头放置于下模上,冲头的下端具有方形冲块,冲头的上端固定安装有打击头,打击头与冲头之间设置有弹簧,冲头外滑动导向套装有上模滑套,上模滑套的侧壁上安装有防转销,防转销压置于冲头上。
本实用新型的打击头对冲头施加压力,冲压完成后,由于弹簧的弹力,冲头实现回位,结构更加合理,结构更加合理,增加了防转销,可以防止冲头与上模滑套之间的相对滑动。
