本实用新型涉及检测工装技术领域，尤其是涉及一种异型管弧度检测工装。
背景技术
目前，很多大弧度的金属异型管件一般是通过冷压的方法得到所需要的弧度。而在冷压后，由于金属的刚性，管件一般会有弹性的回复，造成弧度与要求不符。或者由于冷压过度，造成弧度过大。所以对弧度的检测就成为控制产品质量的一个关键手法。
检测大弧度时，若采用专用仪器进行检测，则需要购买专业的大型检测仪器，投资太大。而仅仅通过人眼目测检验的话，则会与标准差别较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述的技术问题而提供一种异型管弧度检测工装，特别适合于对大弧度的异型管的弧度进行检测。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种异型管弧度检测工装，包括一检验基座，所述检验基座的上端面为弧形面，所述弧形面的弧度与异型管的标准弧度一致，所述检验基座上设有异型管的固定夹紧装置。
所述固定夹紧装置至少为两个，间隔预设的一段距离布置于所述检验基座上。
所述固定夹紧装置采用快速压紧夹具。
所述检验基座下部设有支撑件。
本实用新型采用预先加工好的弧形面作为检验基座，将工件放置于弧形检验座上，固定夹紧后，通过观察和检验工件弧面与基座弧面的贴合程度，来判断和检验工件的弧度是否合格，检验方法简单快捷。

具体实施方式
下面，结合实例对本实用新型的实质性特点和优势作进一步的说明，但本实用新型并不局限于所列的实施例。
请参阅图1~2，一种异型管弧度检测工装，包括一检验基座1，所述检验基座1的上端面为弧形面2，所述弧形面2的弧度与异型管5的标准弧度一致。
进一步的，所述检验基座1上设有异型管的固定夹紧装置3，主要用于将放置于所述弧形面2上的异型管5固定夹紧进行检测。
较优的，所述固定夹紧装置3至少为两个，间隔预设的一段距离布置于所述检验基座1上。
具体实现上，布置于所述检验基座1的靠近两端处的位置。
较优的，所述固定夹紧装置采用快速压紧夹具，或夹钳。
进一步的，所述检验基座1下部通过支撑板连接设有支撑件。可以通过所述支撑件将检验基座支撑于地面上或其它支撑面上进行使用。
较优的，所述支撑件为可升降的支撑件，这样方便进行调节不同的高度使用。
具体实现上，所述支撑件可以通过升降调节杆来实现所述检验基座的高低调整。
进一步的，所述检验基座1的上端面一侧设有异型管的定位装置4。所述定位装置4具体实现上可以是一个定位框或定位块等。
检验时，将工件的弧形面放置在检验工装的检验基座上，上下左右对齐后，工件的前后两端分别用快速压紧夹具夹紧固定，然后观察工件弧面与基座弧面的贴合程度。如贴合紧密，则为合格；如有缝隙，则使用塞尺进行检验，并根据塞尺的规格判断是否合格。
本实用新型通过使用预制的弧形基座来检验大弧度异型管件，可以快速有效的进行检验，提高了检验效率，避免了不合格品流出；同时，还节省了购买专用检测设备的大宗投资。

1.一种异型管弧度检测工装，其特征在于，包括一检验基座，所述检验基座的上端面为弧形面，所述弧形面的弧度与异型管的标准弧度一致；所述检验基座上设有异型管的固定夹紧装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述异型管弧度检测工装，其特征在于，所述固定夹紧装置至少为两个，间隔预设的一段距离布置于所述检验基座上。
3.根据权利要求2所述异型管弧度检测工装，其特征在于，所述固定夹紧装置采用快速压紧夹具。
4.根据权利要求3所述异型管弧度检测工装，其特征在于，所述检验基座下部设有支撑件。
