Description

本实用新型是一种以石油液化气为能源的羊肉串烤炉。
烤羊肉串是新疆地方风味小吃，按传统方法烤羊肉串是在一个铁制的槽里用炭火烘烤，其主要不足之处是灰尘大不卫生。为此，一种利用电能来烤羊肉串的装置现已见市。但是电烤炉因其能耗较大使其适用性受限。本实用新型是在使用石油液化气的基础上，以液化气为能源，设计了一种方便的羊肉串烤炉，其目的在于比较上述两种烤制装置来的卫生和相对便宜及节能。
该炉主要包括一个烤盒、压火板、热幅射板等组成。烤盒呈槽状，其底部中央开有过火孔。沿盒长方向两端各制有一排火道。盒底放有两块瓦楞状的压火板，其上平置一瓦楞状热幅射板，该板制有远红外涂层以提高热幅射效率。使用时将烤炉放在灶台上，点火后，火焰经过火孔沿热幅射板的瓦楞形间隙由排火道排出，幅设板受热后即向上幅射热能，以实现羊肉串的烘烤。该炉最大特点是经济、方便、实惠、卫生、无污染且不失风味，其结构简单加工方便，大众化适用性极好。

1、一种烘烤羊肉串的烤炉，包括一个烤盒、压火板和一个热幅射板，其特征在于烤盒的底部中央有一个过火孔和其两端侧壁上制有排火道，瓦楞状的压火板置于烤盒底部两端，瓦楞状并涂有远红外涂层的热幅射板平放于压火板之上，其两端与过火道相接形成道通。
