本实用新型公开了一种燃气炉具聚火绝热节能罩,呈圆形,位于燃气炉具之炉头(4)的上方并与炉头(4)同心,节能罩本体(1)呈双层结构,两层间有绝热填料层(2),本体(1)的上面至少有三个凸出的锅支腿(3),各锅支腿(3)均匀分布,解决了现有燃气炉具的聚火罩因散热而造成热能浪费问题,具有结构简单、火力集中、节能效果好和可以降低烧饭环境温度等优点,可节约燃气40%~50%,广泛适合于各类燃气炉具采用。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种燃气炉具聚火绝热节能罩。
背景技术 在现有技术中,已有各种各样的燃气炉具聚火罩,具有聚火、挡风作用,由于这类聚火罩均由金属制作而成,其传热快且散热也快,虽然所传的热量有一部分被所烧煮食物所吸收,但大部分热量却散发至空气中被空气吸收,不仅浪费了大量热量,而且提高了厨房的环境温度。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能使燃气的热值充分利用而不致大量散发至空气中造成浪费的燃气炉具聚火绝热节能罩。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:设计一种燃气炉具聚火绝热节能罩,呈圆形,位于燃气炉具之炉头(4)的上方并与炉头(4)同心,所述的节能罩本体(1)呈双层结构,两层间有绝热填料层(2),本体(1)的上面至少有三个凸出的锅支腿(3),各锅支腿(3)均匀分布。由于节能罩本体的两层间有绝热填料层(2)不会大量散热,使燃气热能集中于火焰,不仅热力集中,也减少了热量的散失。所述的绝热填料层可以是普通的绝热材料如保温棉,将其填充于夹层中即可。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有结构简单、火力集中、节能效果好和可以降低烧饭环境温度等优点,发明人曾进行过以下对比试验:试验1:用两个同样火力单头炉具、同样铁锅分别采用本实用新型的节能罩及普通罩做试验,用节能罩的铁锅里装两茶缸约600毫升水量,用普通罩的铁锅里装一茶缸约300毫升水量,同时点火,结果两锅里的水同时烧开;试验2:条件基本同上,但两锅均放一茶缸约300毫升水量,使用节能罩及普通罩的锅里的水各需2分钟和3分8秒。两试验结果表明:使用本实用新型的节能罩可节约燃气40%~50%。
