背景技术
大片电极板分片方式与生产成本、车间环保紧密相连,是极板生产过程中的重要环节,传统的分片机安装带齿的圆形锯片,相应的板栅设计中小片之间的连接方式采用锯路,分片时锯路的铅损大、产生的铅屑及铅尘多。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种具有结构简单、调分片时锯路的铅损小、产生的铅屑及铅尘少特点的新型剪切极板板栅。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型剪切极板板栅,包括由若干片小片板栅组成的大片板栅,小片板栅之间通过极耳相连,在大片板栅一侧的设有剪切槽,剪切槽上端覆盖有通过两端扣接在大片板栅上的定位边,在定位边的两侧设有圆弧结构。
所述剪切槽宽为0.5mm,厚为0.5mm~0.7mm。
所述小片板栅的长和宽均为81.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:滚切极板分片时剪切槽无铅损,提高了资源利用率,滚切时不产生铅屑、铅尘少,改善了工作环境,通过圆弧形的定位边的作用,减少了与分片机的接触面积,不会产生毛刺,因此大大提高了定位效果,具有结构简单、调分片时锯路的铅损小、产生的铅屑及铅尘少的特点。

参见图1,一种新型剪切极板板栅,包括由若干片长度和宽度均为81.5mm的小片板栅1组成的大片板栅,小片板栅1之间通过极耳2相连,在大片板栅一侧的设有剪切槽3,剪切槽3宽度为0.5mm,厚度为0.5mm~0.7mm,剪切槽3上端覆盖有通过两端扣接在大片板栅上的定位边4,定位边4的两侧设有与分片机接触面少,有利于定位的圆弧结构5。
本实用新型滚切极板分片时剪切槽3无铅损,提高了资源利用率,滚切时不产生铅屑、铅尘少,改善了工作环境,通过圆弧形的定位边4的作用,减少了与分片机的接触面积,不会产生毛刺,因此大大提高了定位效果,具有结构简单、调分片时锯路的铅损小、产生的铅屑及铅尘少的特点。
