本实用新型提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、提高燃烧效率和燃尽率的硫磺回收尾气焚烧炉富氧助燃装置。其技术方案为:空心装置(1)通过管道连接缓冲分液罐(2),缓冲分液罐(2)通过管道连接尾气鼓风机(3),尾气鼓风机(3)连接尾气炉(4),尾气炉(4)连接尾气管(5)。本实用新型提高了尾气炉焚烧效果,提高了燃烧效率和燃尽率,减少了CO2、NOX排放量;减少了助燃空气中的N2含量,降低了鼓风量,同时助燃空气中的氧浓度提高,促进燃烧完全,提高了燃料和氧气的利用率,降低了燃料燃烧消耗的空气量,降低了过剩空气系数;减轻了尾气净化单元的负荷,减少了烟气排放量。

背景技术
目前单纯的依靠空气压缩机或鼓风机为尾气炉提供常规助燃空气,不仅量大而且对燃料的要求也较高。同时炉内火焰温度难以提高,燃烧效率低,CO2、NOX排放量也大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、提高燃烧效率和燃尽率的硫磺回收尾气焚烧炉富氧助燃装置。
其技术方案是:空心装置通过管道连接缓冲分液罐,缓冲分液罐通过管道连接尾气鼓风机,尾气鼓风机连接尾气炉,尾气炉连接尾气管。
本实用新型有益效果:采用上述结构后,在相同配风条件下,使尾气焚烧炉火焰温度升高,提高燃烧效率,提高炉膛温度,增加热量利用率;促进燃烧完全,提高了尾气炉焚烧效果,提高了燃烧效率和燃尽率,减少了CO2、NOX排放量;减少了助燃空气中的N2含量,降低了鼓风量,同时助燃空气中的氧浓度提高,促进燃烧完全,提高了燃料和氧气的利用率,降低了燃料燃烧消耗的空气量,降低了过剩空气系数;减轻了尾气净化单元的负荷,减少了烟气排放量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,硫磺回收尾气焚烧炉富氧助燃装置,主要由空心装置1、缓冲分液罐2、尾气鼓风机3、尾气炉4和尾气管5构成;空心装置1通过管道连接缓冲分液罐2,缓冲分液罐2通过管道连接尾气鼓风机3,尾气鼓风机3连接尾气炉4,尾气炉4连接尾气管5。
本实用新型工艺:利用空分装置1制富氧空气,把收集的富氧空气经过缓冲分液罐2进行分液、压缩处理,然后连续稳定的输送至尾气炉4,使入炉助燃空气的氧含量提高至26%左右,在通过尾气鼓风机3增加与富氧空气的接触面积,使尾气炉4温度提高20℃-30℃,提高了燃烧效率,节约了燃料消耗。在尾气炉炉温和供风量控制系统中设置供风和燃料气联锁装置机构,安装回火截止阀和紧急切断装置,确保系统安全平稳的运行。尾气炉4助燃空气加入富氧空气后,焚烧效果得到大幅度提升。
