研磨机（lapping machine）是用涂上或嵌入磨料的研具对工件表面进行研磨的磨床。主要用于研磨工件中的高精度平面、内外圆柱面、圆锥面、球面、螺纹面和其他型面。研磨机的主要类型有圆盘式研磨机、转轴式研磨机和各种专用研磨机。
现在市场的研磨机所使用的齿轮箱组均非密闭式齿轮箱，其电机传动轴容易在外力的作用下变形，且其使用在洗地研磨机上更容易因密封性低而导致漏水并致使机体短路。

一种偏心研磨机用一体式齿轮箱，包括箱体，箱体内有齿轮轴，齿轮轴外壁有齿轮，齿轮上有上轴承，齿轮下方有下轴承，齿轮一侧有电机传动齿轮，电机传动齿轮外壁有轴承,电机传动齿轮内有电机传动轴。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括包括箱体，箱体内有齿轮轴，齿轮轴外壁有齿轮，齿轮上有上轴承，齿轮下方有下轴承，齿轮一侧有传动齿轮，传动齿轮外壁有轴承,电机传动齿轮内有电机传动轴；所述下轴承下方有密封圈；所述下轴承下方有密封盖；所述齿轮轴上有进液管。
本实用新型的齿轮轴、齿轮、下轴承及上轴承为一单位的齿轮传动组，在实施本实用新型的技术方案时，可使用多个齿轮传动组，同理，本实用新型也可以使用多个电机，并配置多个电机传动齿轮。
