在碗粥的制作工艺中，采用流水线作业，人工向每个碗内添加各种粥料，费时费力，容易导致工人的工作强度过大，且不容易控制每碗粥内料的多少，偏差较大，导致粥的质量不稳定。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是现有的粥料添加方式费时费力，质量不稳定。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：莲子添加机构，包括下述部件：莲子料缸：包括一个用于添加存放莲子的盛放部和一个以上的出料口，莲子料缸内还设有一个以上的旋转勺，旋转勺与出料口一一对应设置，旋转勺在盛放部和与其对应的出料口之间往复摆动；电机：其输出轴连接转轴一端，转轴的另一端伸入莲子料缸内，用于安装旋转勺并带动旋转勺往复摆动，以实现定量取莲子；落料桶：落料桶数目与莲子料缸的出料口对应设置，落料桶一端开口连接对应的出料口，另一端开口对准外设的粥碗。
通过电机控制转轴正反转，实现旋转勺自动从盛放部舀一颗莲子倒入出料口，再从出料口进入落料桶，最后进入粥碗中，达到定量取莲子的效果，整个过程由机器控制，无需人工操作，省时省力，且由机器定量取莲子，取量稳定，误差小，保证了每一碗粥的质量的稳定。
进一步，所述莲子料缸内设有一对旋转勺，盛放部的两侧各设置一个出料口，每个出料口连接一个落料桶的进口，两个落料桶的出口处分别对准相邻的两个粥碗。设置一对旋转勺，可同时为相邻的两个粥碗添加莲子，进一步加快了工作的速度，工作效率高。
为便于旋转勺舀莲子，所述盛放部底部的中心部较四周部高起，旋转勺的下勺处位于盛放处的四周部。旋转勺不断舀莲子，会导致四周部的莲子被挤到中心部，从而在连续运作时，会发生中心部莲子堆积，四周部莲子变少，勺子下去舀空的状态出现，将中心部设置高，使得落入盛放部的莲子自然的会向四周部落下，保证四周部莲子一直处于满的状态，容易舀到莲子，不容易放空炮。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、省时省力，能定量取莲子，保证碗粥的质量稳定。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括莲子料缸1、电机和落料桶3；莲子料缸1包括一个用于添加存放莲子的盛放部和一对出料口，莲子料缸1内还设有一对旋转勺2，旋转勺2与出料口一一对应设置，旋转勺2在盛放部和与其对应的出料口之间往复摆动；电机其输出轴连接转轴4一端，转轴4另一端伸入莲子料缸1内，用于安装旋转勺2并带动旋转勺2往复摆动，以实现定量取莲子；落料桶3：落料桶3数目与莲子料缸1的出料口对应设置，落料桶3一端开口连接对应的出料口，另一端开口对准外设的粥碗。
所述盛放部底部的中心部较四周部高起，旋转勺2的下勺处位于盛放处的四周部。
当外设的灌装封口机运转到一个工位停止时，旋转勺2携带一颗莲子从低位旋转至高位，将莲子抛向落料桶3顺势落入到粥碗中，从而实现莲子的添加功能。

莲子料缸：包括一个用于添加存放莲子的盛放部和一个以上的出料口，莲子料缸内还设有一个以上的旋转勺，旋转勺与出料口一一对应设置，旋转勺在盛放部和与其对应的出料口之间往复摆动；
电机：其输出轴连接转轴一端，转轴的另一端伸入莲子料缸内，用于安装旋转勺并带动旋转勺往复摆动，以实现定量取莲子；
落料桶：落料桶数目与莲子料缸的出料口对应设置，落料桶一端开口连接对应的出料口，另一端开口对准外设的粥碗。
