本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具，具体为一种汽车保险杠模具。
背景技术
汽车保险杠徽标处有三个定位孔，因而该保险杠的注塑模具在徽标处设置有三个柱台，当塑料熔液流经模具该处时会受到模具上柱台的阻挡，在成型后会在保险杠本体表面形成严重的熔接痕，在保险杠喷涂后，该缺陷更加明显，因此极大影响了保险杠外观质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车保险杠模具，以解决保险杠徽标处熔接痕的问题。
本实用新型所述的汽车保险杠模具，包括模具本体，在模具本体上设置有多个柱台，其特征在于：在所述模具本体的柱台附近设有一道弧形阻流凸起。
本实用新型所通过在模具上增设弧形阻流凸起，在注塑时改变了徽标处塑料熔液的流动速度和流动方向，有效解决了保险杠表面熔接痕的问题，提高了保险杠外观质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细阐述，以下实施例仅用于解释本实用新型，并不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限定。
如图1-图3所示的汽车保险杠模具，包括模具本体1，在模具本体上设置有三个柱台101，在所述模具本体的柱台附近设有一道弧形阻流凸起102。通过上述模具进行保险杠注塑时，所述弧形阻流凸起102综合改变了徽标处塑料溶液的流动速度和流动方向，从而避免了在保险杠徽标处形成3条熔接痕。
图4、5为所成型的保险杠徽标处的结构，保险杠本体2上具有相应的三个定位孔201，由于模具上弧形阻流凸起的存在，在所述三个定位孔的上方形成一道对应的弧形槽202。
