[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空气净化器,利用液态净化介质来对空气进行净化,克服传统空气净化设备的缺陷。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种空气净化器,包括外壳及安装于该外壳内的机体,其特点在于,该机体包括:
[0006]内胆,其内储存有液态净化介质;
[0007] 进液管道,其一端设置有进液阀和进液口,另一端连通至该内胆;
[0008] 排液管道,其一端设置有出液阀和出液口,另一端连通至该内胆;
[0009] 进气管道,该进气管道的一端设置有进风口,另一端连通至该内胆,且该进气管道的另一端上还设置有止回阀;
[0010] 微分子空气发生装置,设置于该内胆内并与该进气管道的另一端连通;
[0011] 出风口,设置于该外壳上并与该内胆的上部连通;
[0012] 鼓风机,设置在该进气管道上;
[0013] 电气控制装置,与该鼓风机电性连接,控制该鼓风机开关机。
[0014] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该微分子空气发生装置是设置于内胆的底部,该微分子空气发生装置包括:
[0015] 多个风道隔板,彼此间隔设置以形成多个空气风道;
[0016] 微孔活性炭板,覆于所述多个风道隔板上;
[0017] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该机体还包括:空气滤芯,设置在该鼓风机和该进风口之间的该进气管道上。
[0018] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该进液管道设置于该内胆的上方并位于该液态净化介质的液面的上方;并且,该进液管道的另一端为下半部有喷洒孔的喷洒管道,或者该进液管道的另一端朝向内胆的底部位置延伸并形成一喷头。
[0019] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该机体还包括:隔离层,设置于该进液管道的上方并与该机体的骨架相连接。
[0020] 在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的空气净化器还包括:一水位传感器,该水位传感器设置在该内胆的下部的内壁侧面上;和/或一水质传感器,该水质传感器设置在该内胆的内壁上。
[0021] 在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的空气净化器还包括:用以监测室内空气质量的空气质量检测装置,该空气质量检测装置与该电气控制装置相连;其中,该空气质量检测装置在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第一预设值时,传送一净化信号至该电气控制装置,该电气控制装置控制该鼓风机打开;该空气质量检测装置在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第二预设值时传送一停止信号至该电气控制装置,该电气控制装置控制该鼓风机关闭。
[0022] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该机体还包括:用以加热该液态净化介质的加热装置,该加热装置设置于该内胆内并与一加热开关相连;和/或用以感测液态净化介质温度的温度传感器,该温度传感器设置于该内胆内。
[0023] 在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的空气净化器还包括:显示装置,与该空气质量检测装置和/或该温度传感器相连,并显示该空气质量检测装置所检测到的室内空气指标和/或该温度传感器所感测到的温度。
[0024] 在本实用新型一实施例中,该内胆为透明内胆,且该外壳上对应于该内胆的位置设置有透明玻璃板;和/或该液态净化介质为含有活性介质的水溶液。
[0025] 本实用新型利用液态净化介质,并通过电气控制装置可以智能控制空气净化器进行空气净化。本实用新型不仅使用简单,而且维修方便、净化彻底、运行成本低,解决了传统净化设备过滤材料过密通风效果受阻,材料过疏净化效果降低和频繁更换过滤材料增加运营成本的麻烦,在干冷的冬季还可起到加湿的功能,在炎热的夏季可起到降低室内温度的效果,一机多用。

具体实施方式
[0033] 为了进一步说明本实用新型的原理和结构,现结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细说明。
[0034] 如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的一较佳的空气净化器100包括外壳10及安装于该外壳10内的机体20。其中,该机体包括内胆21、进液管道22、排液管道23、进气管道24、微分子空气发生装置25、出风口 26、鼓风机27以及电气控制装置28等。
[0035] 该内胆21内储存有液态净化介质211,该液态净化介质211可为任何具有净化功能的液态介质,例如可为水溶液或含有活性介质(如活性炭颗粒)的水溶液,或为其它可吸附某些污染物的化学吸附液等,用以对空气中的污染物进行吸附和净化,这些并不作为对本实用新型的限制。
[0036] 该进液管道22是用于向该内胆21内加入相关液态净化介质211,其一端设置有进液阀221和进液口 222,另一端连通至该内胆21。较佳地,进液管道22是设置于内胆21的上方,且进液管道22的另一端是朝向内胆21的中间位置延伸并形成一喷头222。如图1所示,当需要向内胆21内加入相关液态净化介质211时(例如净化前),可打开进液阀221,使相关液态净化介质211从进液口 222沿箭头方向流入,并从喷头222中喷洒而出。喷头222亦可对内胆21进行冲洗。
[0037] 排液管道23是用于排出内胆21内的液态净化介质211,例如在净化后排出污水。排液管道23的一端设置有出液阀231和出液口 232,另一端连通至内胆21。当需要排出内胆21内的液态净化介质211时,可打开出液阀231,以进行排污。当排污结束后,关闭出液阀231即可。
[0038] 进气管道24是空气进入空气净化器内的通道。其中,进气管道24的一端设置有进风口 241,另一端连通至内胆21,且进气管道24的另一端上还设置有止回阀242。
[0039] 微分子空气发生装置25是设置于内胆21内并与进气管道24的另一端连通。较佳地,微分子空气发生装置25是设置于内胆21的底部。如图3、图4所示,微分子空气发生装置25可包括多个风道隔板251和微孔活性炭板252,其中所述多个风道隔板251彼此间隔设置以形成多个空气风道,该微孔活性炭板252覆于所述多个风道隔板251上。在本实用新型中,该微孔活性炭板251可采用过滤粒径I〜5um的蜂窝状炭板,其过滤效率可达60〜95% (比色法),且这种蜂窝状炭板还便于清洗。本实用新型利用该微孔活性炭板252可对空气中的污染物进行第一次净化。另外,本实用新型通过设置风道隔板251形成多个隔离的空气风道,使得进入的空气能充分被活性炭板过滤。较佳的,所述多个风道隔板251彼此之间的间距建议设为5cm,如此能够达到既充分隔离了空气,又不阻挡空气扩散的效果。
[0040] 出风口 26是设置于外壳10上(如图2所示),并与内胆21的上部连通。
[0041] 鼓风机27是设置在进气管道24上,其例如可为一单段高压鼓风机。
[0042] 电气控制装置28则是与鼓风机27电性连接,用以控制鼓风机27开关机。该电气控制装置28可为一智能模块,可用以对各电气部件进行自动控制,其为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
[0043] 在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,机体20还可包括空气滤芯29,该空气滤芯29可设置在位于鼓风机27和进风口 241之间的进气管道24上,用以对空气进行初步过滤。当然,可以理解的是,滤芯29也可设置在位于鼓风机27和止回阀242之间的进气管道24上。
[0044] 在本实用新型的另一较佳实施例中,如图5所示,该进液阀221、该出液阀231例如可为一电气阀221’、231’,并分别与该电气控制装置28相连,由该电气控制装置28控制其打开或关闭。在本实施例中,与图1所示实施例不同的是,该进液管道22的另一端的结构是为下半部有喷洒孔224的喷洒管道,且该喷洒管道的长度基本与该内胆21的直径相等。
[0045] 更佳地,如图5所示,在该内胆21的内壁上还可设有一水质传感器62和/或一水位传感器64。其中,该水质传感器62设置在该内胆21的内壁上,该水位传感器64设置在该内胆21的下部的内壁侧面上。这样,当水的浊度(即水质)达到一预设值时,可通过该水质传感器62传递给该电气控制装置28 —排液信号,由该电气控制装置28控制该电气阀231’(即排液阀231)打开,以进行液态净化介质的更换。当液面下降至一预设高度时,可通过该水位传感器64传递给该电气控制装置28 —进液信号,由该电气控制装置28控制该电气阀221’打开,以向内胆21加入液态净化介质。当然,在加入液态净化介质之前,还可以进行一内胆清洗步骤,即可通过进液管道22向内胆21内加水,经图1中的喷头223或图5中的喷洒管道喷出对内胆进行清洗,此时该电气阀221’、231’均处于打开状态。并且还可设置一预定清洗时间(如I分钟)。当清洗完毕后,可由该电气控制装置28控制该电气阀231’关闭(即关闭排水),而该电气阀221’继续打开以进行液态净化介质211的更换,即向内胆加入液态净化介质。
[0046] 更佳地,在该内胆21内还可设置一液面感应装置,用以当液态净化介质211的液面212达到一预设值时,启动电气控制装置28关闭进液阀221 (电气阀221’),从而停止液态净化介质的加入。当加入的液态净化介质的液面上升至一预设高度时,该液面感应装置传出一信号给该电气控制装置28,由给该电气控制装置28关闭该进液阀221 (电气阀221’)以停止进液。
[0047] 在本实用新型中,如图1、图5所示,该机体20还可包括隔离层30,该隔离层30可设置于内胆21内,并位于液态净化介质211的液面212及进液管道22的另一端的上方。隔离层30例如可为大水分子隔离层。如图7所示,该隔离层30可采用100目的尼龙滤网32,该尼龙滤网32可通过卡槽31与该机体20的骨架相连接。在本实用新型中,如图1、图5所示,所述的空气净化器100还可包括空气质量检测装置40,用以监测室内空气质量。空气质量检测装置40是邻近出风口 26设置,并与电气控制装置28相连。其中,空气质量检测装置40在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第一预设值时可传送一净化信号至电气控制装置28,由电气控制装置28控制鼓风机27打开,从而开始空气净化过程。而空气质量检测装置40在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第二预设值时可传送一停止信号至电气控制装置28,由电气控制装置28控制鼓风机27关闭,从而停止空气净化过程。
[0048] 在本实用新型中,如图5所示,在进风口 241处还设置了空气进口软管244,用于延伸至室外,进行室内室外空气的交换。
[0049] 更佳地,在本实用新型中,机体20还可包括加热装置50、温度传感器60和/或显示装置70等装置。其中,加热装置50是设置于内胆21内并与一加热开关51相连,用以加热液态净化介质211。温度传感器60是设置于内胆21内,用以感测液态净化介质211的温度。显示装置70设置于外壳10的外表面上,并与空气质量检测装置40和温度传感器70相连,用以显示空气质量检测装置40所检测到的室内空气指标和温度传感器60所感测到的温度,例如,在显示装置70的温度显示仪76上可显示温度,而在显示装置70上可采用不同颜色的指示灯74来表示不同的室内空气指标,如可用绿灯表示室内空气良好、黄灯表示室内空气达到警戒线、红灯表示室内空气糟糕等。
[0050] 在本实用新型中,如图1所示,鼓风机27可通过固定支脚271固定在外壳10的底板上。空气净化器100包括有电源(图中未示),且可在外壳10的前面板上进一步设置一电源开关11。并且,在外壳10的底部四角还可以设置有支撑装置13,支撑装置13例如可为固定的支腿,也可以为行走轮,从而可轻易地带动整个空气净化器移动。该内胆21可为透明内胆,且该外壳10上对应于该内胆21的位置设置有透明玻璃板12,如图2、图6所示,透过该透明玻璃板12,可以观察内胆21内的状况,例如液态净化介质211的液面212等。
[0051] 下面,将以使用液态水作为液态净化介质为例,结合图1详细说明本实用新型的空气净化器的工作过程。
[0052] 其中,空气质量检测装置40在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第一预设值时会传送一净化信号至电气控制装置28,以启动净化程序。电气控制装置28是控制单段高压鼓风机27按指定时间打开。随着所述单段高压鼓风机27打开,空气经由进风口 241吸入,并按箭头所示方向沿进气管道24进入空气滤芯29。经过空气滤芯29对PMlO以上颗粒进行初始过滤后进入所述单段高压鼓风机27体内。经过单段高压鼓风机27压缩后经由进气管道的另一端送入微分子空气发生装置25。微分子空气发生装置25在单段高压鼓风机27的压力作用下将空气释放到液态水(即液态净化介质211)中。这样,空气在经过微分子空气发生装置25的活性炭板时进行第一次净化,再通过液态水和液态水中的活性炭颗粒213进行第二次净化,如此即可将PM10、PM2.5及有毒化学元素在水溶液作用下稀释溶解净化后,由出风口 26将净化后的空气送入所分配的房间。当室内的空气净化到理想指标时,空气质量检测装置40会向电气控制装置28发出信号,由电气控制装置28向单段高压鼓风机27发出关机指令,净化过程停止。
[0053] 其中,在冬季的时候,液态水可经由加热装置50进行加热,按照温度传感器60在预设的温度控制下将液态水温加热到预设温度,冷空气在液态水温的作用下自然换热,降低室内热能消耗。并且,液态水经加热后可形成一定的水蒸气,可为干燥冬季的室内起到加湿的效果。而在炎热的夏季,加热装置50可停止工作,室外热空气在液态水作用下降低空气热能,对室内也可起到一个降温的作用。
[0054] 因此,本实用新型的空气净化器不仅使用简单,而且维修方便、净化彻底、运行成本低,解决了传统净化设备的种种弊端。在干冷的冬季还可起到加湿的功能,在炎热的夏季可起到降低室内温度的效果,一机多用。
[0055] 当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种空气净化器,包括外壳及安装于该外壳内的机体,其特征在于,该机体包括: 内胆,其内储存有液态净化介质; 进液管道,其一端设置有进液阀和进液口,另一端连通至该内胆; 排液管道,其一端设置有出液阀和出液口,另一端连通至该内胆; 进气管道,该进气管道的一端设置有进风口,另一端连通至该内胆,且该进气管道的另一端上还设置有止回阀; 微分子空气发生装置,设置于该内胆内并与该进气管道的另一端连通; 出风口,设置于该外壳上并与该内胆的上部连通; 鼓风机,设置在该进气管道上; 电气控制装置,与该鼓风机电性连接,控制该鼓风机开关机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该微分子空气发生装置是设置于内胆的底部,该微分子空气发生装置包括: 多个风道隔板,彼此间隔设置以形成多个空气风道; 微孔活性炭板,覆于所述多个风道隔板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该机体还包括:空气滤芯,设置在该鼓风机和该进风口之间的该进气管道上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该进液管道设置于该内胆的上方并位于该液态净化介质的液面的上方;并且,该进液管道的另一端为下半部有喷洒孔的喷洒管道,或者该进液管道的另一端朝向内胆的底部位置延伸并形成一喷头。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该机体还包括:隔离层,设置于该进液管道的上方并与该机体的骨架相连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,还包括:一水位传感器,该水位传感器设置在该内胆的下部的内壁侧面上;和/或一水质传感器,该水质传感器设置在该内胆的内壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,还包括:用以监测室内空气质量的空气质量检测装置,该空气质量检测装置与该电气控制装置相连;其中,该空气质量检测装置在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第一预设值时,传送一净化信号至该电气控制装置,该电气控制装置控制该鼓风机打开;该空气质量检测装置在检测到室内空气指标达到或超过第二预设值时传送一停止信号至该电气控制装置,该电气控制装置控制该鼓风机关闭。
8.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该机体还包括:用以加热该液态净化介质的加热装置,该加热装置设置于该内胆内并与一加热开关相连;和/或用以感测液态净化介质温度的温度传感器,该温度传感器设置于该内胆内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,还包括:显示装置,与该空气质量检测装置和/或该温度传感器相连,并显示该空气质量检测装置所检测到的室内空气指标和/或该温度传感器所感测到的温度。
10.根据权利要求1〜9任一权利要求所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,该内胆为透明内胆,且该外壳上对应于该内胆的位置设置有透明玻璃板;和/或该液态净化介质为含有活性介质的水溶液。
