一种气压复位式乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、活塞、圆球和副柱,所述活塞上有沿其轴线方向的管体,管体分为位于活塞上部的为上管体、位于活塞下部的为下管体;上管体内有筒座;还包括一针柱,上管体与按头的导流管接口插接,活塞与上腔体滑动配合并液气密封、下管体与下腔体滑动配合并液密封;所述针柱的上端与上管体内的筒座配合止位,下端伸入副柱内,针柱的下端与副柱的上端配合止位。活塞和本体的上管体的底板构成密封气空间,在活塞上下移动的过程中,密封气空间变形;当按头失去压力时,密封气空间复位,则使按头自动复位;与现在技术相比,省去了压力弹簧,防止弹簧污染液体,装配合方便。

本发明涉及一种乳液泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、活塞、弹簧、圆球、主柱和副柱,所述按头上有出液嘴和导液管接口,所述本体的上端与螺牙连接,本体下部的进液接口的上端有倒圆锥台形的单向阀座,圆球设置在单向阀座上,副柱的下端与圆球配合;活塞与本体内腔液气密封并滑动配合。存在问题是:由于弹簧的设置,结构复杂,装配不方便,弹簧污染乳液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种气压复位式乳液泵,它具有自动复位,无污染的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种气压复位式乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、活塞、圆球和副柱,所述按头上有出液嘴和导液管接口,所述本体的上端与螺牙连接,本体下部的进液接口的上端有倒圆锥台形的单向阀座,圆球设置在单向阀座上,副柱的下端与圆球配合;活塞与本体内腔液气密封并滑动配合;其特殊之处在于:所述活塞上有沿其轴线方向的管体,管体分为位于活塞上部的为上管体、位于活塞下部的为下管体;上管体内有筒座;
所述本体分为上腔体和位于上腔体的底板上的下腔体,上腔体的直径大于下腔体的直径;
还包括一针柱,
上管体与按头的导流管接口插接,活塞与上腔体滑动配合并液气密封、下管体与下腔体滑动配合并液密封;所述针柱的上端与上管体内的筒座配合止位,下端伸入副柱内,针柱的下端与副柱的上端配合止位。
所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述上腔体的底板呈圆锥台形,或呈球冠形,或呈平板形,底板可变形。
所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述上管体内有筒座呈倒圆锥台形;
所述针柱的上端有倒圆锥台形头部,倒圆锥台形头部与筒痤配合。
所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述副柱的内壁的上部有导向座,导向座上有导向孔,
所述针柱的下部有环形凹槽;
所述副柱的导向座嵌入与环形凹腔内,导向孔与环形凹槽内的针柱滑动配合。
本发明一种气压复位式乳液泵,由于采用这样的结构,活塞和本体的上管体的底板构成密封气空间,在活塞上下移动的过程中,密封气空间变形;当按头失去压力时,密封气空间复位,则使按头自动复位;与现在技术相比,省去了压力弹簧,防止弹簧污染液体,装配合方便。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种气压复位式乳液泵,包括按头1、螺牙2、本体3、垫片4、活塞5、圆球6和副柱7,所述按头1上有出液嘴1A和导液管接口1B,出液嘴1A和导流管接口1B相连通;所述本体3的上端与螺牙2连接,垫片4位于本体上端的外折沿的下部并贴合;本体3下部的进液接口8的上端有倒圆锥台形的单向阀座9,圆球6设置在单向阀座9上,副柱7的下端与圆球6配合,副柱7的下端与本体3的底板配合;活塞5与本体1内腔液气密封并滑动配合。
所述活塞5上有沿其轴线方向的管体,管体分为位于活塞上部的为上管体51、位于活塞下部的为下管体52;上管体51内有筒座511;
所述本体3分为上腔体31和位于上腔体31的底板上的下腔体32,上腔体31的直径大于下腔体32的直径;上腔体31的底板具有弹性,所述上腔体31的底板呈圆锥台形。
或所述上腔体31的底板呈球冠形,即所述上腔体31的底板沿其轴线且垂直于水平面的截面呈圆弧形;或所述上腔体31的底板呈平板形。
还包括一针柱10,
上管体51与按头1的导流管接口1B插接并固定连接在一起,活塞5与上腔体31滑动配合并液气密封、下管体52与下腔体32滑动配合并液密封;活塞5、上腔体31的底板、上腔体的底板和活塞5之间的上腔体和下管体52构成气密空间,气密空间可变形。
所述针柱10的上端与上管体51内的筒座511配合止位,下端伸入副柱7内,针柱10的下端与副柱7的上端配合止位。
所述上管体51内的筒座511呈倒圆锥台形;
所述针柱10的上端有倒圆锥台形头部101,倒圆锥台形头部101与筒痤511配合止位。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述副柱7的内壁的上部有导向座71,导向座71上有导向孔,副柱7的下端的有沿其轴向的贯通副柱7壁的导流槽和环绕副柱下端的法兰73;
所述针柱10的下部有环形凹槽102;
所述副柱7的导向座71嵌入与环形凹槽102内,导向孔与环形凹槽102内的针柱滑动配合。导向座71与环形凹槽102下端的副柱配合止位。
所述法兰73与下腔体31的底板配合,
如图2所示,所述按头1处于自然状态。当下按头1时,活塞5沿上腔体31的内腔向下移动、与此同时,下管体52在下腔体32内向下移动,气密空间的气体受压力的作用,气密空间变形;副柱7的导向座71在环形凹槽102内向上移动。如图1所示状态下。
所述圆球6离开单向阀座9,瓶内的液体经下管体52、上管体51、导流管接口1B和出液嘴1A喷出。
按头1失去压力,在图1所示的状态下,气密空间逐渐复位,使活塞5向上移动,针柱10向上移动;副柱7向下移动;圆球6落入单向阀座9内,如图2所示的状态,变为自然状态。

1. 一种气压复位式乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、活塞、圆球和副柱,所述按头上有出液嘴和导液管接口,所述本体的上端与螺牙连接,本体下部的进液接口的上端有倒圆锥台形的单向阀座,圆球设置在单向阀座上,副柱的下端与圆球配合;活塞与本体内腔液气密封并滑动配合;其特征在于:所述活塞上有沿其轴线方向的管体,管体分为位于活塞上部的为上管体、位于活塞下部的为下管体;上管体内有筒座;
所述本体分为上腔体和位于上腔体的底板上的下腔体,上腔体的直径大于下腔体的直径;
还包括一针柱,
上管体与按头的导流管接口插接,活塞与上腔体滑动配合并液气密封、下管体与下腔体滑动配合并液密封;所述针柱的上端与上管体内的筒座配合止位,下端伸入副柱内,针柱的下端与副柱的上端配合止位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特征在于:所述上腔体的底板呈圆锥台形,或呈球冠形,或呈平板形,底板可变形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特征在于:所述上管体内有筒座呈倒圆锥台形;
所述针柱的上端有倒圆锥台形头部,倒圆锥台形头部与筒痤配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种气压复位式乳液泵,其特征在于:所述副柱的内壁的上部有导向座,导向座上有导向孔,
所述针柱的下部有环形凹槽;
所述副柱的导向座嵌入与环形凹腔内,导向孔与环形凹槽内的针柱滑动配合。
