背景技术
在聚维酮的生产过程中，单体N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮的提纯是靠减压蒸馏来实现的，蒸馏塔内装有不锈钢丝网填料，当一釜蒸馏结束后，釜内的残渣要及时排除以便进行下一釜的蒸馏，此时蒸馏釜内温度比较高，此时若将蒸馏塔放空并让空气进入蒸馏塔内就会导致单体N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮在丝网填料上自聚（尤其是热敏性物质），一段时间后，填料会被自聚的物质糊满并被堵塞，填料的分离效果会越来越差，甚至失效。

与现有技术相比，蒸馏釜的真空在排渣和投料时釜内的真空不排掉，不让空气进去，同时将排渣罐也抽成真空状态，当蒸馏釜和排渣罐都处于真空状态时，打开排空阀，利用液位差将蒸馏釜内的残渣放入地槽内，放完后关闭连接的阀门就可避免空气进入，这样就避免了填料会被自聚的物质糊满并被堵塞，提高了填料的使用寿命。
