Abstract
本履带式锚支机,包括履带行走部、竖直固定于履带行走部上的若干立柱油缸、水平固定于各个立柱油缸活塞杆上端的若干相互平行的纵梁、滑动插装于纵梁内的伸缩纵梁、设置于纵梁内的油缸Ⅱ、水平横向固定于各个纵梁伸缩纵梁头端下方的伸缩横梁以及滑动安装于伸缩横梁上的若干锚钻机,将本履带式锚支机通过履带行走部驶到煤矿巷道内相应位置。人工将锚网钢带吸附固定到挑梁上的磁铁上。之后立柱油缸升起,油缸Ⅰ动作驱动挑梁旋转伸出,直至锚网钢带接触到巷道顶板,此时锚钻机工作时即可对打锚区进行临时之和工作。通过油缸Ⅱ驱动伸缩纵梁移动可以对不同位置的打锚区域进行防护。支护效率高,提高了安全性和施工效率,实现掘、锚、护一体化。

[0002]目前掘进效率低的主要原因在于掘、支不平衡,工作面割煤时间通常占17% — 34%,而支护时间则要占到50% — 67%,掘进快而支护慢,掘进等支护的弊端极大地制约了连采进尺的提升。因此,只有研发掘、支平衡,采掘、支护、运输平行作业的生产工艺,才能从根本上解决问题,提高掘进效率和进尺。而且掘进工作面临时支护的安全问题也是长期困扰煤炭生产的技术难题,由于巷道掘进后顶板不能及时得到有效的支护,经常会造成顶板伤人事故。

[0014] 还包括增高柱2,立柱油缸3滑动插装于增高柱2中,增高柱2以及立柱油缸3的下端沿高度方向分别设置有若干插孔,销轴依次插装于增高柱2和立柱油缸3上的插孔中。拔出销轴后将立柱油缸3在增高柱2内上下滑动,可以根据煤矿巷道内的实际地形调整高度,调整到位后再将销轴插入增高柱2和立柱油缸3内的插孔中,因此立柱油缸3的高度可调,且调整简单方便。
