玻璃纤维生产技术要求，对各个环节的要求相当严格，是一门综合性较强的技术，特别是要获得优质稳定的玻璃液时，首先要对其原料的质量稳定性、原料化学成分均匀性提出更高的要求，以确保原料的质量，在上料过程中需要使用多种天然矿物质原材料，不同供应量，提供的原料粒度也不一样均化，特别还有其它杂质含量，生产高性能玻纤纱，对含铁的杂质要求更高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种矿物原料自动筛选质量检验装置，该装置采用带有磁性的磁网，将不合格矿物原料含有杂质可以提取出来。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种矿物原料自动筛选质量检验装置，该装置包括料斗、振动器、控制开关、钢网、调节器、磁网、皮带输送、滑动螺丝、定位支架。料斗上设有振动器，控制开关和振动器通过线路连接，料斗下部出料斗位置设有钢网和磁网，滑动螺丝和调节器与磁网连接，定位支架和料斗连接，皮带输送设在料斗下面。

一种矿物原料自动筛选质量检验装置，该装置包括料斗1、振动器2、控制开关3、钢网4、调节器5、磁网6、皮带输送7、滑动螺丝8、定位支架9。料斗1上设有振动器2，控制开关3和振动器通过线路连接2，料斗下部出料斗位置设有钢网4和磁网6，滑动螺丝8和调节器5与磁网6连接，调节器5设在料斗底部通过滑动螺丝8与钢网和磁网连接。定位支架9和料斗1连接，皮带输送7设在料斗1下面。
设备启动时，矿物原料采用电动装置或铲车运行，将矿物原料投入到指定的料斗之内，打开控制开关，料斗振动器启用，矿物原料在振动过程中，经过磁网和钢网筛选粒度和杂质，磁网和钢网的目宽保持一样，在使用过程中，可以根据不同矿物原料的粒度，相应的调整，磁网和钢网重叠，磁网由磁棒组成。只需要采用罗丝松紧推拉，就可以控制料度的宽度，能很好的控制矿物原料粒度通过，进入皮带输送7之内。
