本实用新型涉及一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置。
背景技术
通风设备PVC软连接一般由两片硬性的PVC法兰片，一个柔性透明的PVC板三部分组成。柔性透明PVC板的两端分别与两片硬性PVC法兰片的内圈焊成形。通风设备PVC软连接作用在于补偿通风设备中的间隙。现有通风设备PVC软连接的缺点：1，根据通风设备中间隙的大小设计PVC软连接的长度尺寸，同管径的PVC软连接不能通用互换；2，PVC软连接安装处为设备负压力时，柔性透明PVC板向设备内部扩张，占用设备内部通道，使得设备内部通道变窄，影响设备性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是根据背景技术中存在的缺点和问题加以改进，提供一种结构简单、使用方便灵活的新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置，包括分别与两管件连接的两硬性PVC法兰片，分别焊接在两硬性PVC法兰片内圈上的两硬性PVC板，以及连接在两硬性PVC法兰片之间的柔性透明PVC板，所述柔性透明PVC板的两端分别与两硬性PVC法兰片的内圈焊接为一体，其中：所述两硬性PVC板之一套接在两硬性PVC板之另一上。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、在通风设备等径的情况下，同一长度段内的尺寸制作成同一尺寸的PVC软连接，达到通用互换的效果，减少制作厂家的通风设备PVC软连的种类；
2、新型结构的通风设备PVC软连接安装与通风设备的负压力处时，两个硬性PVC板起到支撑外圈柔性透明PVC板的作用，维持通风设备通道的畅通，不影响通风设备的性能。
3、本实用新型采用PVC制成，硬性PVC法兰片与两硬性PVC板、柔性透明PVC板一体化，使用灵活方便。

本实用新型设计原理：
本实用新型旨在设计与制作一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置，该装置包括两片硬性PVC法兰片1、5，一个柔性透明PVC板2和两个硬性PVC板3、4。柔性透明PVC板2的一端与一个硬性PVC法兰片1的内圈和一个硬性PVC板3焊接在一起，柔性透明PVC板2的另一端与另一个硬性PVC法兰片5的内圈和另一个硬性PVC板4焊接，五者共同组成新型结构的通风设备PVC软连接。
优选地，所述两硬性PVC板悬伸的长度相等。
本实用新型工作原理：
参照图1，表示的是一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置结构示意图。1为硬性PVC法兰片，2为柔性透明PVC板，3和4均为硬性PVC板。硬性PVC板3的内径略大于硬性PVC板4的外径，在压缩通风设备PVC软连接时二者的A点分别到达对方的B点，达到最大压缩程度；在拉伸通风设备PVC软连接时，二者A点与A点接触，达到通风设备PVC软连接的最大拉伸长度。

1.一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置，其特征在于：包括分别与两管件连接的两硬性PVC法兰片（1、5），分别焊接在两硬性PVC法兰片（1、5）内圈上的两硬性PVC板（3、4），以及连接在两硬性PVC法兰片（1）之间的柔性透明PVC板（2），所述柔性透明PVC板（2）的两端分别与两硬性PVC法兰片（1、5）的内圈焊接为一体，其中：所述两硬性PVC板（3、4）之一套接在两硬性PVC板（3、4）之另一上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的通风设备PVC软连接装置，其特征在于：两硬性PVC板（3、4）悬伸的长度相等。
