(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及铝塑复合管路中的管件连接装置，具体涉及一种卡压式的等径管件弯头。
(二)背景技术
随着管道所使用的场合等越来越复杂，且在人们生活水平得到不断改善的大环境下，对普通的管道连接零件的要求也不断在提高。铝塑复合管道系统集金属、非金属管道优势于一体，具有环保节能、轻质刚性、曲弹无漏点承插连接等诸多优势，得到了市场的普遍认可与推崇，该类产品特别适用于高层、超高层及现代工业厂房建筑的各类给水管道系统，因此市场前景极其广阔。管件弯头是管路类配件产品中最为常用的一种零件之一，由于一些管路安装的场合比较复杂，因此在管件弯头的使用性能上需具备牢度和安装容易等特性，而普通的管件弯头由于光靠管口内丝与管子螺纹端相连接，因此在实际安装时易发生螺纹滑牙及内丝管壁破裂等缺陷。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型针对普通的管件弯头在牢度和安装方便性上存在的缺陷，提供了一种用于铝塑复合管路安装的卡压式等径管件弯头，主要技术方案如下：
一种卡压式等径管件弯头，主要由二个等径管口、连接弯头、管壁外齿、底端挡肩等组成，二个等径管口呈90°弯角设计，等径管口上都设置了三道管壁外齿，每二道管壁外齿之间设置有放置橡胶密封环的凹槽，在等径管口的内部端设有底端挡肩，底端挡肩与连接弯头相连。
本实用新型所述的卡压式等径管件弯头，卡压式设计的等径管口在安装时可使用专用压接钳先把管子配套的不锈钢套压缩，等管子套入等径管口后，可使管子与等径管口上放置的二道橡胶密封环紧密结合，达到管子与等径管口紧固和密封的双重作用，具有结构简单、密封性好、节省材料等优点。

如附图所示，本实用新型所述的一种卡压式等径管件弯头，主要由二个等径管口1和2、连接弯头3、管壁外齿4和底端挡肩5等组成，二个等径管口1和2呈90°弯角设计，等径管口1和2上都设置了三道管壁外齿4，每二道管壁外齿之间设置有放置橡胶密封环的凹槽，在等径管口1和2的内部端设有底端挡肩5，底端挡肩5与连接弯头3相连。

1.一种卡压式等径管件弯头，包括二个等径管口、连接弯头、管壁外齿、底端挡肩，其特征在于：二个等径管口呈90°弯角设计，所述等径管口上都设置了三道管壁外齿，每二道管壁外齿之间设置有放置橡胶密封环的凹槽，所述等径管口的内部端设有底端挡肩，底端挡肩与连接弯头相连。
