本实用新型属于机械五金类产品，它是一种软管和硬管相接时起到快速、方便、密封、紧固工作用的管道密封紧固节。
Description
这种管道密封紧固节是属于机械五金类产品。目前在软管与硬管接头处普遍采用铁丝缠绕或铁丝环，来达到软管和硬管相接的目的。这两种紧固的方法均存在着液气体容易滴漏，容易腐蚀，使用时浪费时间等缺点。本产品避免了上述产品的劣势部份，创建了本品在软管与硬管相接时快速、方便、密封、紧固的独特风格。
本发明是由转动手柄①拉板②紧圈③固定钉④组成了管道密封紧固节工作原理为：当管道需要用软管接硬管时套入或绕上管道后，使两端固定钉固定或加工成凸点套定。使之牢固后再转动手柄①，由于手柄①和拉板②是靠螺纹连接上下移动。因此紧圈③也随之张紧，这样起到了软管和硬管相接时紧固和密封作用。
本产品由金属或弹塑性较好的非金属制造而成。
Claims (3)
1、往管道和水龙头上拧的一种软管和硬管相接的紧固节，该节有一个可以转动的手柄(1)，这个手柄(1)是和拉板(2)用螺纹联接使用的当工作时，转动手柄(1)带动拉板(2)上下移动，此时紧圈(3)随之张紧，近而引起到管道或水龙头和软管相接时紧固作用。
2、根据权利要求1所述这种紧固节手柄（1）带有螺纹，拉板（2）上带有螺纹的孔与之配合使用，紧圈（3）是一根自身重绕一圈的钢带或绳，拉板（2）上两个端头与紧圈（3）的两端配合使用，当拧紧时，拉板（2）上移，紧圈（3）两端上移，转动手柄（1）相对下移並顶住紧圈（3）使之紧圈（3）径向缩小、起到紧固作用。
3、按照权利要求1、2所述的紧固节上紧圈（3）与拉板（2）相接的两端头固定钉（4）是由螺丝或焊接而成。
