由于具有安全性较高、重量轻、容量大等优点,锂电池在市场上的应用越来越广,包括了蓝牙耳机电池、手机电池、笔记本电池以及数码相机电池等领域。由于锂电池本身的特点,其卷芯表面为软包装,需要将两个卷芯并排对齐然后在两个卷芯侧面贴上胶带,从而将两个卷芯固定在一起。在实际生产过程中,锂电池卷芯贴胶带工序主要采用手工作业的方式来实现该工艺。然而,在人工进行贴胶布时,两个卷芯容易发生滑移,操作不方便,导致生产效率低,人工成本较高。

为解决以上技术上的不足,本实用新型提供了一种工作效率高的锂电池卷芯便捷贴胶带装置。

本实用新型的一种锂电池卷芯便捷贴胶带装置,将两个电池卷芯并在一起对齐,然后用气缸2夹住,从胶带切割机1上取下一段胶带,将两个电池卷芯粘住即可,操作比较简单。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括胶带切割机1,胶带切割机1一侧设置有气缸2,气缸2的活塞杆前端连接有可前后移动的推板3,推板3前方对面固定有夹板4,气缸2连接有带电磁阀6的进气管7,电磁阀6电连接有脚踏开关5。纵夹板4底部左右两侧设置有两个向后延伸的托叉8。
使用时,将两个并排对齐后的电芯放在夹板4的托叉8上,然后用脚踩动脚踏开关5,电磁阀6得电后开通进气管7,气缸2活塞杆同时伸出,从而气缸2推动推板3向夹板4靠近,最后两个电芯被夹在推板3与夹板4之间,避免了电芯的滑移。夹板4顶部留有粘贴缺口9,电芯在粘贴缺口9处裸露出来,可以方便工人将从胶带切割机1上取下的一段胶带粘在电芯上。
