背景技术
目前对于产品件力的测量设备在应用中，拉压力传感器经常受到过载损坏，需要随时对测量设备进行维修，使得测量成本高，工作效率低，并且由于侧向力的作用，极易造成测试结果的偏差。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种称重传感器实现拉力压力检测装置，以解决现有拉压力传感器易受过载损坏，测试结果不准确的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：导柱上端通过导柱固定螺栓一与上板固定连接，导柱固定螺栓二与导柱下端固定连接，上直线轴承与导柱固定连接，上移动座与上直线轴承滑动连接，移动压块通过移动压块螺栓与上移动座固定连接，弹簧位于移动压块和上移动座内，连杆上端通过连杆固定螺栓一与上移动座固定连接，下拉板通过连杆固定螺栓二与连杆下端固定连接，下直线轴承与导柱固定连接，下移动座与下直线轴承滑动连接，称重传感器与下移动座固定连接，工件连接座与下拉板固定连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，利用称重传感器代替拉压力传感器，能有效的做到对传感器的保护，避免传感器的损坏；在上下同轴度较差的情况下也能取到准确的测试值；能有效的减少检测时侧向力对测试结果的影响，设计人员选型更加简单方便；减少易损备件库存；使电器程序编写更加简单，便于程序人员编写和维护。

具体实施方式
导柱5上端通过导柱固定螺栓一1与上板2固定连接，导柱固定螺栓二8与导柱5下端固定连接，上直线轴承4与导柱5固定连接，上移动座3与上直线轴承4滑动连接，移动压块14通过移动压块螺栓11与上移动座3固定连接，弹簧12位于移动压块14和上移动座3内，连杆13上端通过连杆固定螺栓一10与上移动座3固定连接，下拉板16通过连杆固定螺栓二17与连杆13下端固定连接，下直线轴承6与导柱5固定连接，下移动座7与下直线轴承6滑动连接，称重传感器15与下移动座7固定连接，工件连接座9与下拉板16固定连接。
当做拉力检测时：
工件连接座与工件连接，工件固定在夹具上，上板带动上移动座和下移动座向上移动。工件连接座通过连杆拉动上移动座在反作用力下向下移动，移动压块传导力作用到称重传感器，从而检测出被测物体拉力。当测试力超过称重传感器负载时，弹簧压缩，上移动座与下移动座刚性接触，可保护传感器不被损坏。
当做压力检测时：
工件连接座与工件连接，工件固定在夹具上，上板带动导柱和上移动座向下移动。工件连接座受反作用力下向上移动，并推动下移动座受反作用力下向上移动，称重传感器与移动压块接触，从而检测出被测物体压力。当测试力超过称重传感器负载时，弹簧压缩，下移动座与上移动座刚性接触，可保护传感器不被损坏。

1.一种称重传感器实现拉力压力检测装置，其特征在于：导柱上端通过导柱固定螺栓一与上板固定连接，导柱固定螺栓二与导柱下端固定连接，上直线轴承与导柱固定连接，上移动座与上直线轴承滑动连接，移动压块通过移动压块螺栓与上移动座固定连接，弹簧位于移动压块和上移动座内，连杆上端通过连杆固定螺栓一与上移动座固定连接，下拉板通过连杆固定螺栓二与连杆下端固定连接，下直线轴承与导柱固定连接，下移动座与下直线轴承滑动连接，称重传感器与下移动座固定连接，工件连接座与下拉板固定连接。
