本发明涉及测量检验工具的技术领域,具体为一种孔内槽宽量具。
背景技术
当工件孔中设置有油槽时,为保证油槽的供油正常,油槽宽度有一定的公差要求,而由于油槽处于工件孔内,对其宽度的测量很困难,检测效率低,影响了工件孔内油槽的加工质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种孔内槽宽量具,可以简单、方便地对工件孔内油槽宽度公差进行测量,测量效率高,保证了工件孔内油槽的加工质量。
其技术方案是这样的:一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体,所述测量规体上设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接所述测量棒,所述测量棒两端设置有测量头,所述测量棒两端的测量头直径不等。
其进一步特征在于:所述测量规体连接手柄。
本发明的上述结构中,测量规体上设置有通孔,通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接测量棒,测量棒两端设置有测量头,测量棒两端的测量头直径不等,通过直径不等测量头的左右运动,测量头是否都能插入孔内槽中来判断孔内槽的宽度是否满足公差要求。

具体实施方式
见图1,一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体1,测量规体1连接手柄7,测量规体1上设置有通孔2,通孔2内设置有活动的测量棒3,操作柄4通过长槽5连接测量棒3,测量棒3两端设置有测量头6-1、6-2,测量棒两端的测量头6-1、6-2直径不等,测量头6-1、6-2加工在正常的公差范围,通过直径不等测量头6-1、6-2的左右运动,测量头6-1、6-2是否都能插入孔内槽中来判断孔内槽的宽度是否满足公差要求,如果测量头6-1、6-2都能插入孔内槽中,则说明孔内槽的公差范围过大,如果测量头6-1、6-2都不能插入孔内槽中,则说明孔内槽的公差范围过小,如果测量头6-1、6-2中大直径测量头不能插入孔内槽中,而小直径测量头能插入孔内槽中,则孔内槽的公差范围正常。

1.一种孔内槽宽量具,其包括测量规体,其特征在于:所述测量规体呈圆柱形,所述测量规体上设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有活动的测量棒,操作柄通过长槽连接所述测量棒,所述测量棒两端设置有测量头,所述测量棒两端的测量头直径不等,所述测量规体连接手柄。
