Abstract

本实用新型属于闭合装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门。本实用新型所要解决的问题是，提供一种可以延长门和保护装置的寿命的门。为了解决上述的问题，本实用新型所要提供的技术方案是：一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门，包括门板和门框，所述门板与门框通过合页或铰链连接，所述门还包括弹性薄板和/或弹性柱，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱一端与立框内侧固定连接，所述门板内还包括夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ，所述的夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ与门框内侧固定连接组成空心区域，所述空心区域与所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱相匹配，所述空心区域还包括开口和底部，所述开口和底部位于门板内的不同侧，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱从所述开口延伸至空心区域内。

一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门
技术领域
本实用新型属于在建筑物、车辆、围栏或类似围绕物的开口处用的固定式或移动式闭合装置，尤其涉及一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门。
背景技术
门在打开之后由于外力及自身重力的作用往往会自动围绕门轴旋转，自动闭合。这一问题给人们的生活带来了不便，为了解决这一问题，人们设计了一种保护装置，在打开之后便于将门固定在一特定的位置。
但是现有的保护装置都是外置式的，并位于门板的顶部，存在受力不平衡的缺陷，从而容易影响门的结构，缩短了门的寿命；此外，由于保护装置结构的特殊性，其耐久性差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是，提供一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门，以延长门和保护装置的寿命。
    为了解决上述的问题，本实用新型所要提供的技术方案是：
    一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门，包括门板和门框，所述门板与门框通过合页或铰链连接，所述门还包括弹性薄板和/或弹性柱，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱一端与立框内侧固定连接，所述门板内还包括夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ，所述的夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ与门框内侧固定连接组成空心区域，所述空心区域与所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱相匹配，所述空心区域还包括开口和底部，所述开口和底部位于门板内的不同侧，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱从所述开口延伸至空心区域内。
     可选的，所述的门还包括轴承，所述的轴承内圈通过固定装置固定于夹板Ⅰ上，所述的固定装置包括螺栓。
    可选的，所述的轴承距离所述开口的距离为0~25cm。
    可选的，所述的轴承为至少1个。
    可选的，所述的轴承为1个，所述轴承到夹板Ⅰ顶部的距离与到夹板Ⅰ底部的距离之差为0~8cm。
可选的，所述的门包括轴承Ⅰ和轴承Ⅱ，其中轴承Ⅰ位于夹板Ⅰ的顶部，轴承Ⅱ位于轴承Ⅰ正下方。
可选的，夹板Ⅰ和/或夹板Ⅱ与门面板之间有空腔。
可选的，所述空腔内有填充物。
可选的，所述夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ中相向的两个面为光滑面。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：1.弹性薄板和/或弹性柱可以填充门板与门框之间的缝隙，避免了所述缝隙夹住手指而造成意外伤害，特别是是防止小孩或行动不便的老人别夹伤方面有非常好的效果；而且在防止被夹伤的同时又不影响门的使用，其技术效果及其明显；2.将保护装置内嵌至门内，消除了保护装置和门受力的不平衡，延长使用寿命；3.将保护装置内嵌至门内，消除了安装外门间隙保护装置时可能产生的间隙；4.夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ形成的空心区域，起到导向的作用，因此，减少摩擦，便于开门；5.在夹板上增加轴承，减少了摩擦力，便于弹性薄板和/或弹性柱插入，防止磨损，便于使用。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚、完整说明本实用新型的内容，下面提供几幅最能说明本实用新型构思的附图。当然，所提供的附图旨在说明本实用新型的构思，并不是本实用新型设计方案的全部，更不应该视为本实用新型设计内容的局限。在所提供附图的启示下，所作出的任何方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图7所示，一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门，包括门板1和门框2，所述门板与门框通过合页或铰链8连接，所述门还包括弹性薄板6，这里的弹性薄板也可以换成弹性柱，也可以既包括弹性薄板又包括弹性柱，即包括两个或以上，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱一端与立框21内侧固定连接，所述门板内还包括夹板Ⅰ41和夹板Ⅱ42，所述的夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ与门框内侧固定连接组成空心区域51，所述空心区域51与所述弹性薄板6和/或弹性柱相匹配，所述空心区域还包括开口52和底部53，所述开口和底部位于门板内的不同侧，即带有一定的曲度，假设门的横截面的四个角为ABCD，设靠近弹性薄板的点为A，其它4个点顺时针依次为B、C、D，则开口和底部位于门板内的不同侧的涵义可极为，门板的底部53位于D处或无线向D处延伸，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱从所述开口延伸至空心区域内。使用时，门框2固定在墙体3上。
 为了减小弹性薄板与夹板之间摩擦力，则所述的门还包括轴承7，所述的轴承内圈通过固定装置固定于夹板Ⅰ上，所述的固定装置包括螺栓，也可以将轴承的内圈固定在柱体上，再将柱体一端固定在夹板Ⅰ上。
 为了是轴承起到更好地减小摩擦，所述的轴承距离所述开口的距离为0~25cm。
所述的轴承为至少1个。当所述的轴承为1个时，如图6所述，所述轴承72位于夹板Ⅰ的中间，当然，可以在正中间，也可以在正中间附近的区域。轴承到夹板Ⅰ顶部的距离与到夹板Ⅰ底部的距离之差为0~8cm时，均可有效减小摩擦力。
如图5所示，当轴承为两个以上时，即包括轴承Ⅰ7和轴承Ⅱ71时，其中轴承Ⅰ位于夹板Ⅰ7的顶部，轴承Ⅱ71位于轴承Ⅰ正下方，轴承Ⅱ71可以是在弹性薄板6和/或弹性柱底部，也可以是在其中间部位。
为了减轻门板的重量，夹板Ⅰ和/或夹板Ⅱ与门面板之间有空腔9。
为了减少门在开关时产生噪音，可以在所述空腔内有填充物。
为了减少弹性薄板6与夹板之间的摩擦力，以便于使用，所述夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ中相向的两个面为光滑面。

Claims (9)

1.一种带有嵌入式保护装置的门，包括门板和门框，所述门板与门框通过合页或铰链连接，其特征在于，所述门还包括弹性薄板和/或弹性柱，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱一端与立框内侧固定连接，所述门板内还包括夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ，所述的夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ与门框内侧固定连接组成空心区域，所述空心区域与所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱相匹配，所述空心区域还包括开口和底部，所述开口和底部位于门板内的不同侧，所述弹性薄板和/或弹性柱从所述开口延伸至空心区域内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门，其特征在于，所述的门还包括轴承，所述轴承的内圈通过固定装置固定于夹板Ⅰ上，所述的固定装置包括螺栓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的门，其特征在于，所述的轴承距离所述开口的距离为0~25cm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的门，其特征在于，所述的轴承为至少1个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的门，其特征在于，所述的轴承为1个，所述轴承到夹板Ⅰ顶部的距离与到夹板Ⅰ底部的距离之差为0~8cm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的门，其特征在于，所述的门包括轴承Ⅰ和轴承Ⅱ，其中轴承Ⅰ位于夹板Ⅰ的顶部，轴承Ⅱ位于轴承Ⅰ正下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的门，其特征在于，夹板Ⅰ和/或夹板Ⅱ与门面板之间有空腔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的门，其特征在于，所述空腔内有填充物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的门，其特征在于，所述夹板Ⅰ和夹板Ⅱ中相向的两个面为光滑面。
