技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴瓦材料加工的辅助装置，更具体地说涉及一种砂带张紧轮的张紧和轴线调节装置。
背景技术
通常，轴瓦的生产材料采用铝-钢复合结构。但是，要保证铝-钢轴瓦复合材料之间的粘接牢度，其关键工序是用磨削的方式去除带钢表面的氧化层，保持带钢表面的洁净和适当的粗糙度。目前，轴瓦生产企业通常采用三头平面磨床的环形砂带对带钢平面进行加工。在加工过程中，需要迅速更换砂带，并迅速张紧、调节和固定张紧轮，使砂带运行尽快进入稳定的工作状态。现有的砂带张紧轮的调节装置，是采用人工调节张紧轮轴的位置，以达到张紧和调节的目的。这种调节装置的缺点是需用张紧的时间长，工作不连续，性能不稳定，导致带钢表面产生欠加工和过加工的痕迹、或粘附砂带粘胶等现象，而且如张紧轮的轴线与砂带轮轴线不平行时，砂带易沿砂带轮轴线移动，直接影响了磨削加工质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种调节方便，工作连续，性能稳定可靠的砂带张紧轮的调节装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现：
一种砂带张紧轮的调节装置，其由张紧轮、托架、导向柱、拨叉、调节螺栓、气缸、底座和支架组成，所述气缸装固在底座上，支架装固在气缸的上端，气缸的活塞杆穿过支架和拨叉后与托架相连，二个导向柱穿过拨叉与托架相连，导向柱的另一端设有限位块，张紧轮可旋转地装固在托架上；支架的上部设有上凸耳，拨叉的下部设有下凸耳，调节螺栓旋套在上凸耳上的螺纹孔中，调节螺栓另一端可旋转地装固在下凸耳上。
本实用新型与传统技术相比较有如下有益效果：
1、本实用新型采用气缸作为动力，能通过活塞杆、托架和张紧轮迅速地张紧砂带，保证砂带处于连续稳定的工作状态。
2、本实用新型通过调节螺栓来调节张紧轮，使其轴线与砂带轮的轴线相互平行，操作方便快捷。
3、本实用新型的结构新颖简单，生产效率高，互换性高，工作安全可靠，适合于批量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种砂带张紧轮的调节装置，由张紧轮1、托架2、导向柱3、拨叉4、调节螺栓6、气缸7、底座8和支架9组成，所述气缸7装固在底座8上，支架9装固在气缸7的上端，气缸7的活塞杆穿过支架9和拨叉4上的通孔后与托架2相连，二个导向柱3分别穿过拨叉4上的通孔后与托架2相连，导向柱3的另一端设有限位块5，拨叉4在托架2和限位块5之间运动。本实用新型采用二个导向柱3，增强了托架2和拨叉4的运动平稳性。张紧轮1可旋转地装固在托架2上，支架9的上部设有上凸耳10，拨叉4的下部设有下凸耳11，调节螺栓6旋套在上凸耳10上的螺纹孔中，调节螺栓6另一端可旋转地装固在下凸耳11上。
工作时，底座8固定在三头平面磨床的机体上，张紧轮1与磨床上的砂带的位置相对应。启动气缸7，通过活塞杆和托架2使张紧轮1抵紧砂带，达到张紧砂带目的。需要调节张紧轮1的轴线时，转动调节螺栓6，使其相对于上凸耳10产生位移，由于调节螺栓6另一端可旋转地装固在下凸耳11上，所以拨叉4相对于气缸7的活塞杆发生转动，使张紧轮1和磨床上的砂带轮的轴线趋于一致，达到扭偏调节的目的，从而保障砂带平稳可靠地工作。
本实用新型不局限上述实施方式，无论在其形状或结构上做任何改变，凡是在砂带磨床上使用气缸7、调节螺栓6和二个导向柱3的组合进行张紧和位置调节的结构，均落入本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.一种砂带张紧轮的调节装置，其特征在于：由张紧轮(1)、托架(2)、导向柱(3)、拨叉(4)、调节螺栓(6)、气缸(7)、底座(8)和支架(9)组成，所述气缸(7)装固在底座(8)上，支架(9)装固在气缸(7)的上端，气缸(7)的活塞杆穿过支架(9)和拨叉(4)后与托架(2)相连，二个导向柱(3)穿过拨叉(4)与托架(2)相连，导向柱(3)的另一端设有限位块(5)，张紧轮(1)可旋转地装固在托架(2)上；支架(9)的上部设有上凸耳(10)，拨叉(4)的下部设有下凸耳(11)，调节螺栓(6)旋套在上凸耳(10)上的螺纹孔中，调节螺栓(6)另一端可旋转地装固在下凸耳(11)上。
